Made a booking on 13 may 2023. Flight cancelled because cheapoair said they needed to do verifications. Besides calling cheapoair and verifying with my bank, cheapoair promised to rebook the same flight for me. Sat for hours still no booking. Finally I asked for a cancellation of the booking. 25 May 2023. Money not yet released in my account. I need to start my new job in London. What is the way forward? No agent followed up with me.

So yesterday May 24.2023 i go on and look at prices to book flights from Baltimore to las Vagas. I found a amazing deal $90.99 round trip direct flight with spirit for 5 people. I go in make the reservations and I get to the final step put in my card information and then I get an error code and told to call with my reference ID number.
So i did, the gentlemen on the phone took my reference number and said the problem is we only have four seats available not five and the price in now 107 or 102 dollars a person now.
So I told him it's okay let's just book the four seats than.
So he proceeded to take all of our information our name our date of birth. We get to the last step and says well i am sorry to tell you but the price is now 300 a person.
I was told the price it was a person tell me how this is okay?
I tried to talk with him and say no that's not the amount you told me before you took all of our information.
He did not care at all!
So this site is just a lie and a scam it gets you to believe these low prices and then once you are ready to check out with all your information, they change the price on you.

I booked my flight,got the insurance and paid for a bag. Had to change flight found out the insurance was useless, They charged me another $258.00 for a different flight. Now my Booking number they gave me is wrong and they said I did not pay for a bag. So i can't pay for Bag on the sight. I will NEVER use them again!

The app is user friendly, travel agents are responsive. Received my booking confirmation on time.

Slick as always. I wouldn't have chosen you based on your name, but now everyone in our national field service crew uses CheapOair. We repair ATMs and do bank security. When our clients need us, we have to be there.

Booking keeps changing - original selected seats cost to change and changes are required. Confusing process as these reservations are months away.

It took awhile to make the reservation and the location is out of the country. There were different airports to select from and I did not want to select one that was too far away from my destination. Once I had that done, it was easy to select the flights and hotel for my little 5 day vacation. Cannot wait to get packing!
