Amazing service, i found it very helpful that they send updates and reminders of flight details or any changes the airlines do, we have. Slight issue with payment but it was handled nicely and a refund was given promptly
I book a ticket. When I check out I review clearly and make sure I did not make any mistake. However, I saw one package was added without my permission. And it was non refundable. It chat with customer service, and I was told it was add after booking. That package was about free 24h cancellation. There is no reason to buy this package because Cheapoair give this feature to all booking.
