CheapOair is he worst booking agency! They refused to cancel and refund my money on my booking because their stupid policy states that there is no refund on economy booking! I wasflying to hawaii but due to the fire breakout, i wanted to cancel my booking and these incompetent reps. Were not able to get me my refund.

Rude, lazy commissioned agents. You can look up all the fight details yourself and give them to the agent who will try to guide you to a more expensive option. Even if you are disabled and in need of assistance that will prey upon you like some 3rd world scammer. They will put you on hold to "consult with their supervisor" but if you ask for that supervisor they are not available. They say they will have them call you back in 24 hours and they don't. I ended up looking up my own trip on their site and called the Major carrier (Korean air) who simply book my trip and all the connections for far cheaper than these grifters wanted. Just use the site and then call the airlines yourself.
