Great Customer Service. I had to change my return flight due to illness and the customer service rep was very understanding and helpful.

Thai cancelled the flight and Cheapo offered options which I confirmed on Aug 29. Thai sent notice that it was canceling the ticket. It took me 90 minutes thru chatting to get an agent that did follow-thru and fix the problem. But 1) Cheapo did not follow-thru on the August 29 transaction and 2) I wasted 90 minutes of my time. I should have just booked directly to Thai.

It's always an easy process but I wish I could choose my seats before check-in.

CheapOair application is super to use. And price is considerably good.

I received a cancelation of fight message, which turned out to be false! If I had not checked before I purchased an alternate ticket, I could have ended up with two reservations. This is unprofessional.

Great service and experience. The app was easy to use and understand just hope that in the travel details it would still state the checked in baggage allowance and carry on baggage alloted weight so that custumers can make sure they do not exceed the weight limit.
