I can't walk far. I asked for a wheelchair to be ar the ticket counter to take me to the gate. None came. I had to try and walk until a porter who had a wheelchair ( who did not work for you) said he would take me to the gate as by this time I was in such pain I was in tears. Same thing when I got to Charlotte, AND Huntsville. Noone to help me to Baggage claim. I am real.y dreading my return flight home on the 8th of June. Will be my last time using you or American. Not sure whose fault it was about the wheelchair. But the flight seats were so uncomfortable, it was insane. Felt like I was sitting on a board.
We have reviewed the reservation you booked with us on Cheapoair site and you did not request a wheelchair during the initial reservation. So when you checked in on American airlines website 24 hours before you needed to request the wheelchair there, if you didn't then you needed to let them know at the counter when you checked in and left your bags to that they could get you a wheelchair service. So if you did all that there should not have been any issue but you can now go to the airline website and log into your booking and request it now so that it's there on June 8

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!

The problem is you didn't book he reservation through the APP you booked it on our.com website so that is why you cannot view it in the APP. But everything was emailed to you with the flight confirmation. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
