I fly about once a month. This company is a huge scam stay away. They advertise one price then charged me a different price. They said the priced changed while you booked it. Stay away from cheapoair

When I had trouble with my credit card, I was notified by you as to the issue. My cc issues were resolved and in a chat you asked whether I wanted to add the outstanding seat and travel insurance fee. I said no. It was deducted anyway. It was no big deal, but it seemed that one hand didn't know what the other was doing.

Courteous kind service. Tickets were always there for me. I had a few times where my tickets were lost and the ticket counter lady didn't have a problem finding it

The agent that assisted me to get this booking was very courteous & knowledgeable of the itinerary I desired. I was able to book the flight patterns I needed for the trip which was a plus for me. Thank you very much for your patience & keep up the great work.

It appears that hotel options of changed on this site, they did not meet the expectations and budget i had prepared for. A lot of the brands i've accustomed to were not in my search options this time around. Previously, i enjoyed shopping with this site where i'd book great package deals for both flight and hotel.

I hate theives. Your company is one of the biggest theives I've ever seen. I was in the process of buying tickets and the price changed right after I purchased. That makes you theives.

Several years ago we flew internationally using cheap o air. Amazed at how helpful the operators were at assisting in booking as well as how much money we could save using CheapOAir.

The booking was a breeze, the only issue was on my side with the credit card company who blocked the payment. However, one response to a text and thanks to Cheapoair following up...we managed to finalize the booking...so very happy!

I called the bank, they told me that my credit was too low, it is an new credit limit to US dollar 800.- since oct. 24. Tomorrow. Before, yesterday, they told me since today. I am sorry.
