Price is usually more than going with airline directly. It's hit or miss. If you accumulate bonus points you can only use a certain amount of your points, what's the point (no pun intended) in that?
Spoke to a representative and in order to change my fly, had to pay again and he said that I had to call the company of airline for a refund instead of the application of cheapOair.
I hate theives. Your company is one of the biggest theives I've ever seen. I was in the process of buying tickets and the price changed right after I purchased. That makes you theives.

We used to receive 1 nights stay free at the average cost, after staying 10 nights. Giving back 10% after 10 nights paid. However, Since you partnered with One Key Cash, you have reduced that to less than 3% which is disgraceful, and I am insulted. Why, not give actual rewards anymore? Maybe One Key Cash is now getting that Cash? Not nice and will be the reason for your downfall. As I will now look for a better provider...

When I purchased my ticket, we selected an upgrade that included my selected seats for both flights (round trip) + 1 checked bag. I just received an email from the airline asking me to select my sets again and if i would like to purchase a checked bag. I chose that service for a reason. I think my experience with the service left me a false sense of completion and additional burden on my part. It surely begs the question of what is the purpose of a booking service site like this when I can just go directly to the carriers website and dealing with them?
We've reviewed the reservation and you did not select seats or bags on our website. But spirit airlines charges for seats and bags no matter what type of fare you purchase. YOu will need to log into your reservation at www.spirit.com and use the airline confirmation code and add your bags now, do not wait and do it at the airport as it will be more money.
Air booking for seating is screwed up. Nobody to contact. My phone from US won't make calls; no one to text/email to…no response to airline customer service. Poor customer service.

This was a difficult website to use. At the end I could choose seats, but didn't realize I was paying $134 for 2 seats! I tried to get a refund right away with no luck. The website is much more difficult than others I've used. I never want to use them again.

I am getting a very rude customer rep. That's why, I did not book thru cheapoair for a long time. Me, my wife and my siblings are frequent traveler and I pay for all their tickets. I just book now again personally because I like the price of this flight I am booking.

My flight has been delayed and change for another day and you still don't know that's happened that show you didn't give damn about your customer. I tried to reach to you and keep telling you my flight is delayed and what I should do and you keep telling me your flight is still in time
After several attempts to book a flight only to find out that the flight is unavailable. This is very stressful. Hours later and on the phone with your agent then waiting on agent to call back, never happened. Booked the flight for twice what the original price was and the flight ended up being another week out. Could you please find a way to have better updates on availability of flights and schedules? I was not expecting to pay extra for a seat. A ticket should include the price of a seat, unless I am to stand.
I did not want an upgraded seat. Any seat is fine and should be included in the price of the ticket.

We couldn't travel to Vietnam because we didn't know we needed to buy a visa! I wish CheapOair had a system to notify travelers if they need a visa, so we could purchase it directly through CheapOair.
I have always had a good experience with Cheap- o, what they state is what is charged, no last minute change or anything of that nature. Prices are good.
I loved the prompts and process involved in booking. My experience was perfect i loved the whole process. However, i didn't like the stage where i was informed to select a seat which was charged separately from initial bill which was issued and i had already paid.
I could not record my telephone number due to format issues for UK, and I could not change my address so it help bringing up the wrong billing address despite repeated attempts to change it. Eventually, having used anopther card that was declined, I got it to work. Frustrating.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
