My previous experience was equally easy. The Cheapo Air option popped up when I chose Frontier Airlines and I was glad. Just an easy agent to work with, which for me is always a relief. Thank you!
Cheapo air definitely gives the customer all their travel needs, with perks, for a very affordable price. I've been booking flights with them for years and have brought in many happy, new travelers and will continue to do so!

IT IS GREAT! But Your company needs to renovate various option system.Because boarding pass is must option. I think this option should be included in basic option.
And after finishing booking, modification process is not easy. Especially, Checked baggage option should be displayed in your app.
Please prevent yourself from being robbed for this fac*king 3rd party air flight's booking company. They made me pay practically twice ( $2,900 USD) a booking price. I tried to cancelled in advance before my trip one of the two bookings charged, but their policy cancelations are made to steal customers money legally, if try to call Custumer Service they start trasferinng you with different people and none knows anything leaving you on hold for so long. In fact, they're schammers. Unfortunately, there isn't a choice to rate CheapOair with a "0"
CheepOair is really "cheap" company. Our flight (Orlando-Toronto, Booking #: *******)was cancelled by WestJet Airlines and when I called to CheepOair their representative told me that our refund would be $451.26. After our conversation I got an email that our refund would be $395.74. Soon I've got another email where Third refund was $234.86
The day before yesterday I spoke with company's representative (Werner). He told me that our refund would be $290.38 and then we'll get a refund for the seats and baggage. Yesterday I got another email where Fouth refund was $315.24
We are retired senior citizens (77 & 79 years old). My wife recently had 2 very serious operations (hip replacement) and I have history of heart attack.
I think this is a real mockery of the elderly people. Mr. Werner promised to send all the details of the refund by his company, but he never kept his word.
I would like to remind you that we did not cancel our flight, the airline did.
Why should we pay twice for the seats, baggage, service fees and other expenses?

Every other carrier gives you 24 hours to cancel for free.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS CARRIER AGAIN.
I've used them in the past, and would have used them again. But they want to play bull$#*! - cool go play your bull$#*! - I will trash talk you for a long time, and will never use your company again.

My mom purchased a ticket for me Sept 16 from Denver to Omaha. None of us were informed about the change or cancellation of the ticket. I never received an email and neither did my mom. She is supposed to get a refund but I wanna know how this happens and not be informed and having a trip wasted. Money isn't everything, but going home to family is.

Last Time It Never Let Me Select Passenger,. Had trouble. Was never offered help,. And had to do multiple Refund Penalty Price - $50 to $100
Almost didn't book this time. Still upset they wouldn't refund the first mistaken booking with wrong person flying.even though i called immediately after it got booked.

Unfortunately for many years they no longer allow changes to the names even a correction. If we could make the correction we would but as a travel agency we are mandated by the fare rules. We regret your experience was not satisfactory.
I have been contacted twice since i completed my booking, when i book a flight i dont want to be stressed out by people contacting me telling me they couldnt reserve my already paid for and reserved seats, or some other kind of scammy crap trying to sell me insurance and other products
The ticket prices are not discounted as i saw the same price on multiple websites so its not worth the extra hassle

I booked my flight September 27, they got the name wrong on my ticket then told me I had to pay to get it changed. It took until November 18 (almost two months) to fix a problem that I didn't create. And I'd also like to know why I had to send my passport info when they didn't need it when I booked in the first place.
We've reviewed the reservation and you booked this online so how ever it was entered on your end is how it got in the booking. No one touches the reservation as it is all automated. You also called weeks later to correct it and the airline allowed a 1 time waiver to change the name and the fee is $75.00 which was a deal because they could have denied to change at all. They needed to see the passport to verify the change and make sure it was correct. It is important to always review confirmations immediately and report any errors.
I booked round-trip tickets to Korea for next year through Cheapoair, but the experience has been a nightmare. They changed my return flight, forcing a layover in Hawaii that wasn't part of my original itinerary. While they promised a full refund if I didn't accept the changes, they've failed to return my money despite numerous follow-ups.
Customer service is abysmal—phone wait times exceed 6 hours, and emails only result in generic responses claiming they are "talking to the airlines." Online chat is equally frustrating, constantly transferring me to different departments without resolving anything. It feels like a deliberate attempt to delay and wear customers down.
I strongly advise avoiding Cheapoair if you value your time and money. Their promises are empty, and the customer service is among the worst I've encountered. Save yourself the stress and book directly with airlines or through a more reliable platform.

I have over 90,000 on rewards points, and no body was able to help me apply it to my last booking. I contacted the customer service/ support and they just give you a scripted answer which I told them many times don't work.
I don't know why there is a reward when you can never redeem it for anything.
Reward points are only valid towards the service fee it does not go towards the airline ticket cost. You log into your account and where it says do you want to redeem click there and there you will use the availability page and at the end it will ask if you want to redeem and it will use the points towards the fees.
Multiple times I would be paying for my tickets and then your website would say they are no longer available. It took me hours to actually purchase tickets.

Booking with CheapOair always requires a phone call in addition to the online booking. This often times takes an hour or more to book a flight. Something that typically takes 10-15 minutes on other booking sites. Likely I will not use Frontier any longer for my flights as they continue to use CheapOair as their booking agents! Worse yet... your service outsources jobs to other countries and the agents are almost impossible to understand!

You oversold 20 tickets and I ended up with out a seat to fly from Mexico to Miami to take a cruise, then I had to fly to Orlando instead and struggled to get to Miami to take my cruise. It was horrible
We do not over sell the flights the airline does and as a travel agency we have no control over the airline operations. Also it is important that you book you seat assignment prior to departure so that you make sure you have a seat. I'm sure the airline took care of you at the airport due to the inconvenience. And we do apologize for that as well.
Once i selected my flight i just want to pay for it and be done. It takes several minutes to say I don't want to select seats, i don't want to pay for baggage, i don't want to book a hotel, i don't want to rent a car, i don't want to schedule a pick-up...it is ridiculous that i can't just pay and be done. With this process i am more likely to use another provider to find a place that is less of a hassle

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
