Hello, I reserved my seat on ANA flight to Thailand from Washington DC under the impression that I do not need to do anything when changing from Narita to Hanada airport in Japan. I thought the ANA shuttle would take me there. I found out from the sale representatives of your online ticket company that was not the case. They told me that I must have a Transit Visa and be on my own to get to another airport. It is foreign to me and I ran out of time. When I wanted to cancel the reservation, I was told that I would be charged for over $300 eventhough it was about 2 hours after I completed the purchasing on line. It was advertised that there would be no charge for cancelation within 24 hours. I was told to get a new flight that could cost me over $ 400 more than the original ticket. I searched and I found the new ticket information with the same airline from your company online but I was denied to receive at this lower price. The price was $230 less than what was offered to me by the sale representatives. It is on the same date and flight. I was told that even if I wanted to reserve a new ticket ONLINE with your company, I would still be charged over $300 for cancelation of the ANA ticket. I was left with no option. With a discount from the 2nd sale representative, I ENDED UP PAYING $ 320 more with this horrible ordeal. I would feel much better if your company would refund me the different between the price of the ticket on line and the price I was charged from your sale representative.

That would lift up the HOLIDAYS SPIRITS tremendously.

Very user friendly. This site was the least expensive site for my round trip that other airlines were not offering. The flight is long but saving money comes with sacrifice.

Encontré mi ticket a un excelente precio pero mi targeta dio declino después de varias horas. Arregle el problema con el banco y me comuniqué con un representante para que me ayude a volver a pasar mi targeta (chavó ext 1596). Paso mi targeta sin ningún problema y después de terminar la transacción y el cobro terminó me COMUNICO QUE TENÍA QUE PAGAR UNA DIFERENCIA DE $400 porque el ticket había subido. Lo hizo una vez después de cobrar mi monto total. Ósea no me dio la opción de decidir si quería aceptar pagar el nuevo precio…. Después me dio un descuento y termine pagando $350 MÁS de mi monto. En todo momento me decía que con el dinero extra estaban incluidas las maletas…… pero no explica bien. Decía maleta …. Pero con juego de palabras se refería al carry on…. Totalmente desagradable no haber tenido la opción de poder elegir si hacer la compra de mi tickets o no…. Decidí termina pagando el monto extra y olvidarme de esta experiencia desagradable y enfocarme en mi viaje…. Pero no recomiendo esta pagina y el juego del representante de cobrarme y después decirme que mi tickets aumentaron. Ahora me prometió el mismo representante que había dejado un pedido a la aerolínea para que las maletas me salgan $40…. Obviamente no creo en eso y se que solo me estaba mintiendo. Estas cosas no deberían pasar! Tenía 4 meses para seguir buscando mi vuelo o directamente comprarlo a la aerolínea y no utilizar esta página. Lo que todo empezó como una página fabulosa se volvió horrible después que mi targeta dio decline por seguridad del banco
