After you spent a lot of time finding your booking and give them all the information and get confirmation emails they could you back after a couple hours saying that they don't have the flight unless paying way more and keep harassing you by phone. Horrible! Stay away from this people.
I booked a flight and ONLY after they took my credit card did they say I could not take a carry on bag or pick my seat. I called them in 10 minutes to cancel my flight and DID not apply the code they sent me and they still placed a hold on the funds. I called them again the next day after I saw the charge on my credit card and all they did was give me the runaround and would not cancel my flight without charging me $75.00. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE
These people are trash they just want money they dont help you they will hang up in your face they are very rude Arabs they would not talk to me and its only two people that you can speak tots not a call center its some back alley mom and pop shop that I will never recommed and will never use again
Please don't book with these scammers. If your flight get canceled for any reason they will charge you fees and will take you months to get refund. The minute yhey know u ask for refund they hang up the phone.

I purchased a round-trip ticket for my wife for travel between Houston Texas and Lafayette Louisiana. She traveled without problem from Houston to Lafayette. Upon presenting at the airport for check-in for the return flight to Houston, United Airlines advised her they had no record of a ticket having been purchased in her name. My wife called me from the airport and I immediately contacted your office by phone. After multiple attempts, I eventually spoke with three different representatives of your company on three separate telephone calls. The first two people answering your phone listened to our problem and placed me on hold and never returned. The calls were automatically disconnected after long hold periods. On my third attempt, I was able to speak with a supervisor who advised me he would check out the matter and call me right back. He never called me back.
My wife is 81 years old and is legally blind. She cannot see well enough to read, she cannot make out directions in the airport, she cannot identify entry and exit doors. She is unable to use any feature of her cell phone that requires visual guidance. All this time, my wife was alone and stranded in the Lafayette airport, waiting for assistance to get on her flight. The flight left without her.
With the assistance of the local Lafayette airline personnel, she was able to purchase a return ticket for travel to Houston the following day. The cost of this one-way return ticket was more than the cost of the round-trip ticket I had already purchased through your agency. I had to make special arrangements for my wife to be picked up at the airport and taken to a safe place for the night and then to be picked up the next morning and taken to the airport. Making these arrangements was very difficult because of the difficulty in managing matters with the transportation and housing facilities located remotely from my home in Montgomery Texas. During this trying ordeal, my wife understandably verged on hysteria. She was stranded in a strange city, unable to help herself because of her age and vision limitations.
You failed to help us in this situation even though it was caused by your own apparent failure to properly book the flight for which I prepaid. Not only have you failed to help us, you have completely ignored us.
The details of this incident are going to be brought to the attention of the FAA as well as every major airline and relevant federal and state regulatory authority. This email will also be sent to the Better Business Bureau as the basis for a complaint. A some radom asian or Indian guy called you to point out that your booking had something wrong, just to increase your flight to a insane price, then they "nicely" cancel it to charge you their "administrative fees" crap! They are scams

I purchased 4 tickets to Hawaii. They forced me to reschedule the flight stating the airline changed the flight time. After talking directly to the airline, I found out this was not true!
They started the scam by emailing me stating they had to reissue my tickets. The email stated I needed to acknowledge the flight time changed so they could reissue my tickets, otherwise I would lose my tickets. I agreed and they charged me $200 for the change without telling me about the extra charge, and without getting my authorization to use my credit card. I was surprised to hear they saved my credit card information on file without my consent. Don't book with these jokers. It; s a SCAM! Save money, frustration and time by directly booking with the vendor.

Read the fine print carefully. Without notice, I was charged $75.00 per person for flight schedule changes made by the arline. They called it a "re-ticketing fee"". So they typed in a 5min flught change to one flight and charged me $150. For a change made to one piece if paper with two names on it. So it was per person. I I wish I had read the reviews about thurs rip off company before I purchased my tickets as they arw bin refundable!
I booked a flight through cheap fare. They gave me a voucher. There was a fee, so I went to get my credit card to pay the fee. Most agencies are not charging a fee because of coronavirus. They said my card was on file. I asked them to take it off. He said he did. Then I asked him to send me an email to that effect. He said he couldn't and he hung up on me.

Terrible customer service! My flight was moved back an hour and the company insisted on charging me a $50 re-issue fee, even though the airline didn't charge them anything for this. I spent an hour on the phone with them, over half of that time waiting to talk to a real person, for them to tell me that they don't normally charge for this but that they have started charging for this since COVID-19. So they are gouging more money from travellers during a pandemic? Avoid working with these people at all costs.
