They show cheap price without showing flight details; They ask credit card and charge it before displaying flight details. You may have unnecessary stop-overs before reaching to destination. They charge you service fee even if you do not complete reservation after seeing the wrong flight details. There is no option to deny the ticket.
They are crooks, that steal you money! They just took 800$ out of our account and still said they couldnt confirm our "international card"after several call of which the minimum hold time is an hour to which they reassured me and my husband that the money was back in the account (which it wasnt!) we still got no ticket and now money and now answer!

I was inconvenienced an extra 15 minutes of a flight delay and they charged ME a fee of $50.00. So unfair. I can understand if I made the changes but not the other way around. I had no control of that.
I purchased tickets for $940,00, the price was $300.00 less than everyone else. About 10 minutes after purchasing the tickets I get a phone call from them saying to change my flight because there is not enough time to get to your second flight, they wanted $75,00, when I told them I was ok with the flight I purchased, they continued to try and sell me another flight, I had to hang up on them. Then I checked their reviews and all their reviews are bad. I had to purchase the travel assist from them for $12.95 to get my money back. They have people in California calling, to make it look like they are from the USA. You can check it and see they are from India.
Needed to cancel my flight. After calling for 3 days and either getting a busy signal or just hang ups I finally got in. After over an hour hold i hang up. Tried the chat - the person left the chat 3 times. It took close to 30 min and she just left the chat AGAIN without answering my questions. Honorable customer service. I will never use them again.

Have tried repeated times to talk to customer service, chat online with customer service and have also sent email with no response. Need our flight cancelled due to Hurricane and refunded and/or credited. I have been on hold for a long as 2.5 hrs with no one answering. Online Chat was unsuccessful. Email unanswered. Unfortunately, for us this involved 3 round trip airfares.
This business took my money, cancelled my trip, and I have not received a refund. I received no information about the cancellation. I reached out the day before my trip, and apparently it has been cancelled for two months. They talked in circles. I got no clear answers. Do yourself a favor and do not give these people your money.
The customer service is disappointing, the unprofessional service render to paying customers is unacceptable and should be looked into on a serious note. Too many complaints and yet this business continues to operate with unsuitable service. Misleading refund policy and delays in refunds as well as not all options being provided to the customers when requesting changes/refunds. Customers are led to believe they can't make changes when in fact they can during the allowed timeframes and are forced to send something in writing stating they agree when in fact they don't and are being bullied by the agents!
I booked a flight to Milwaukee on Tuesday. The flight was canceled because according to the Indian Cust. Service rep there was an "error" by the airline. They offered me an "alternate" selection, that was a higher price. Then they did the same thing on Wednesday; offering another alternative that was OF COURSE an increased fare. Then, they did it for the THIRD TIME today, Thursday 07/27/22. All three times there was an 'error' by the airline and the booking was canceled. Coincidence? I think not. They can pack sand if they're ever getting my business again.
I spent three and a half hours on the phone with cheapfare guru amd american airline after cancelling my flight, having proof of a "refund" that was sent straight back to the third party cheapfare guru. They said they could not refund my money even though I have insurance through travelex. They can only give me a travel voucher which I have never recieved.
This is a one-man operation business (from India). There is no 24-hour free cancellation-be careful when you buy from the website.
Why don't buy from priceline and any other official business sites!
This is a scam group please don't use it. They will book a flight for you once you get to your destinations, they will cancel the flight. Sydney will charge you an additional fare to get home. This whole organization is a scam don't use it unless you wanna pay $3000 like I did white should be $1500.
This company will charge you if there are changes in your flight. I found out about our flight change, accepted the change from checking the airline directly myself after a friend told me of the changes. Weeks after I accepted the change, guru sent me an email informing me of the same change and charged me $25 to do so. When I objected to this charge, I was informed that they had to right to charge me up to $75 for such changes! Yikes! Don't use this company!
Charged for seats you have to book with the airlines---could not carry on a bag had to pay to check it ---had to pay additional fee for airline to issue tickets. What a rip off. Don't ever use this Company!

They changed my flight time, supposedly initiated by the airline. Was told I had to pay $50 or my ticket would be cancelled. Contacted the airline directly and was informed they did not charge the agency. Cheap guru initiated the charge to me. I was stuck if I wanted to travel!
I did not receive any communication from CFG after they took my investment. My flight was canceled and I did not find out until the night before when i went to check in. That was more than 1-month ago and they still have not refunded my $1000. They can barely speak English. A. Airlines refunded them but they won't refund me. Be careful-I would not use this company!
They are the worst. Was on hold 45 min each call, they know nothing about booking, their agents don't know a thing and they charge my credit without my consent since they had info from the day before due to charges that were done day before that needed to be canceled. Their customer service is bad and their manager stand by them doing wrong.
