If you look globally, then everything is great. In addition to high speed, I can mark the option of fixing exchange rates as an additional plus. Sometimes it can be conducive to swap. I could always come at any time and make a quick swap of the currency I needed. It's nice that there is an opportunity to fix rates in order to avoid losses due to volatility in the exchange. This is not the first time it has saved my money.

Waited 12 hours for my coin to be "exchange" end of twelve hours... it said failed. Coin was taken out of my account. Been over a day and I haven't received a refund. So. In a bull market you take 12 hours to exchange and then fail. Meanwhile, I haven't received my coin back. Literal thieves. Stay far away. I lost. 1 BTC Will be filing a lawsuit if I don't get back

I am still waiting on my refund and Changelly closed out my ticket. My ticket should remain open until my refund is issued. That is when my case will be resolved and then could be closed. It has now been 10 days. I will update when I actually get my money back. I do think it is ridiculous that it is taking this long considering the fact that sending the bnb was a quick and immediate action.

I have been trying to get my money back for three days. I did a transaction with Changelly to exchange bnb to eth and I did make the mistake of sending slightly less than was asked because a fee was taken, literally a few cents short. I even sent the small additional amount of bnb in a second transaction. Changelly claims they didn't receive my bnb but they are lying. I have proof and I sent it to them. A transaction can be tracked and it clearly shows bnb from my wallet to them. I just want my money back. I don't even care if they keep the small additional amount I sent in a second transaction. I am out over $800 because of Changelly and that could have been more by now. They stopped answering me once I sent all the proof. Sad to say I think this service at the very least doesn't know how to handle refunds and they may possibly be scamming people. If my money is returned I will gladly update my review. But for now I would say, do not use this service!
I'm not surprised at how many positive reviews there are about this exchange. Now I know from my own experience that the service is really as good as it gets praised. Almost all swaps run smoothly, there are many coins to choose from and great rates. A good combination for me.

I make swaps quite often but in small amounts. For various reasons, I have to swap a large number of different cryptocurrencies, and here it is very profitable to use changelly since they have a very impressive portfolio of currencies available for exchange.
Quite often, you can set a fixed exchange rate, because you don't want to lose money because of course jumps. Most swaps occurred fairly quickly and took 15-30 minutes. Sometimes there were delays of up to an hour and a half. In these cases, you already had to contact technical support. In most cases, supports helped speed up the process.
To summarize, I can say that this service, albeit not ideal, but still very good. I can confidently recommend it for use.
