Today I found out that this exchange works perfectly well and fast. I exchanged some XMR to USDTBSC: it was a really quick process without any delays or issues. Also liked the transaction fee: only 5.25 USDTBSC. Yes, it's rather small comparing to my previous exchange. So I rate it 5/5.

I've sent $1900+ AUD they kept saying there's now this fee and that fee to send and the money will hit your account and then after that saying now there's this fee and after sending an additional $700 they demanded another $700 for the last step fee and I told them this has taken a toll on my mental health I don't have any money to send them anymore and he said no more after this immediately it goes into your account and I stopped sending cos I realised it was just a losing situation for me and I wanted my money back

Be careful with this website, it may be a scam! I exchanged 500 USDC through 3rd party exchange comparison platform. It turned out that the platform did not show that I had to send USDC Native, instead of Bridged, as I did. I contacted Changelly support, who stated that they need a $100 fee from me to recover the funds. I sent them the $100, and for over a month, I have not received a refund of my 500 USDC!

Support keeps replying that they are working on it. Instead of recovering my $500, I lost an additional $100. In total, $600 has been withheld by Changelly for over a month. Beware of them!

I'm a newbie in crypto and been using Changelly for not so long, but really enjoy the simplicity. The platform is really nice and functional.
Yet, yesterday I had a small problem and, as a result, a conversation with the Support. They were friendly and really helpful: it took less than half an hour to solve my issue.

That platform hold my money money then month and always reply that my case under review and reject to return my money. Don't recommend. Unprofessional company! UPDATE: They stop responding by emails. Just decide to still my money. Do not trust that chinese company.

I'd like to call Changelly a very reliable and fast exchange. It took me less than 5 minutes to perform a transaction.

The exchange works like a clock. I hardly remember that my transactions for the whole year and a half were somehow delayed. Well, maybe a couple of times. If you look globally, then everything is great. In addition to high speed, I can mark the option of fixing exchange rates as an additional plus. Sometimes it can be conducive to swap. When you use this service, you immediately feel the hard work of changelly workers.

They wont refund me after taking my coins. I complied with their KYC but they said it wasn't good enough. So they will be keeping the coins.

The coins end up to be hold after a few successful transactions and they don't refund you if you refuse to pass kyc Total scam. AVOID AT ANY COST.

It wasn't easy to find an exchange that would have such a functional mobile app. Changelly turned out to be just such an exchange. The app runs smoothly. I did not notice any bugs for five months of use, but it's very comfortable to communicate with support if you have questions.

I'm not surprised at how many positive reviews there are about this exchange. Now I know from my own experience that the service is really as good as it gets praised. Almost all swaps run smoothly, there are many coins to choose from and great rates. A good combination for me.

I've been using Changelly for 3 years and I had an issue with a transaction only once. But the support reacted right away and I've got feedback from the support lady within like 20 min. Changelly is the biggest crypto exchange for instant swaps which provides deep liquidity (it's important for the crypto exchange market). Thanks guys! You're the best.

It was not easy for me to stop using the old exchange (I will not advertise), but using it became less and less convenient. On one of the crypto forums in the ranking of the most trusted exchanges, I saw Changelly and decided to give it a try.

Ho avuto un problema con la mia operazione di scambio di cryptovalute... per mia distrazione ho dimenticato di aggiungere il "Memo.id" al momento della transazione che ovviamente non e' andata a buon fine.
Ho contattato il "Support Team" di Changelly per mail, che con gentilezza e professionalità ha risolto il mio problema in pochissimo tempo.
Semplicemente affidabili, professionali e molto competenti.

Awesome crypto exchange! But you can't swap crypto for US dollars, only for another crypto. You can buy crypto for us dollar through Changelly. Crypto fees are reasonable, support works fast. I consider Changelly as the safest crypto exchange since they don't hold users' funds. Liked the UX.

I attempted to swap 1 BTC to XRP. After 24 hours and 27 bitcoin confirmations, the swap still had not been done. Another day later, and I still have neither my BTC or XRP. I was told this would be dealt with the same day. Considering legal action against this bad practice company.

Waited 12 hours for my coin to be "exchange" end of twelve hours... it said failed. Coin was taken out of my account. Been over a day and I haven't received a refund. So. In a bull market you take 12 hours to exchange and then fail. Meanwhile, I haven't received my coin back. Literal thieves. Stay far away. I lost. 1 BTC Will be filing a lawsuit if I don't get back

I hardly ever write reviews but this company left a bad taste in my mouth. They changed up the terms in the middle of the transaction, and I didn't feel comfortable so when I tried to back out they insisted that I still cover the network. Even though, I reverified everything before sending them the money, everything changed within a 30 minute window and that's not cool. The network fee was tiny and they refused to refund it, thank god I didn't send a larger amount. Stay away from them
