Changelly

I hardly ever write reviews but this company left a bad taste in my mouth. They changed up the terms in the middle of the transaction, and I didn't feel comfortable so when I tried to back out they insisted that I still cover the network. Even though, I reverified everything before sending them the money, everything changed within a 30 minute window and that's not cool. The network fee was tiny and they refused to refund it, thank god I didn't send a larger amount. Stay away from them

I use Changelly crypto currency exchange for about a year and I want to admit a digital exchange's list that is quite wide. I found tokens that I wanted to swap and buy on this platform and the rate was very good. Thanks! Keep moving forward.

I have had a couple of problems and had to contact the Online Support Team for help, this is my second time getting myself in trouble.
I must say they have 1 of the best and awesome Online Support Teams for Help! That I have ever encountered yet! They make it quite easy for you and answer anything you can throw at them. They are quick at what they do and solve your fixes or questions that you have. Hopefully I don't have to use them again but if I do I know I will be well taken care of!. Since when did Changelly require KYC?!? This is new and it is NOT heavily apparent at all. Then, once the transaction is executed one HAS to provide KYC in order to get the coin back whether as initiated or even as a refund. Legitimate exchanges will refund the coin back to the sender's address if KYC is refused but Changelly will keep it and "hold" it as ransom for one's private information. BUYER BEWARE.

Been nearly a year and Changelly still refuses to release my funds. Even with KYC, they want more and more information, an endless game. I asked for them to simply return the XMR back to the original wallet but they refuse.

Used the service to swap/exchange some crypto coins from one coin to another. I used the integration from Coinomi wallet, super easy, you can exchange coins in a few clicks and it's ALMOST impossible to make mistakes (yet I still made a mistake...)

It went well for most of the transactions, but I made a dumb mistake in one transaction so I had to reach out to their support team. The support team was very helpful in resolving my problem and helped me to get my funds back in a timely manner.

Would definitely use this service again, it's so much easier compared to using a regular crypto exchange. Would give it 4,5 stars, but that was not an option.

Passed registration on the site and replenished the balance with 0.0007 ETH to exchange for BTC, the balance was debited from the account, but there is no funds in the account in BTC. I wrote to the support, they have not answered for 2 days already. Most likely again I fell for a scam project

Changelly offer a 5-30min transaction window, but after over 5 hours (and a failed additional ETA timeline) cannot give me an ETA. Support speaks in half-truths, blaming Binance and others, rather than actually resolving issues. Think twice about using their service!

Awesome crypto exchange! But you can't swap crypto for US dollars, only for another crypto. You can buy crypto for us dollar through Changelly. Crypto fees are reasonable, support works fast. I consider Changelly as the safest crypto exchange since they don't hold users' funds. Liked the UX.

Hello! When I have extra cash, I like to invest in cryptocurrencies. And I normally do it via Changelly, which allows me to purchase crypto coins with my debit card and apple pay (!). Coins are normally delivered in about 15 minutes (if there is no traffic on the blockchain). The customer service is prompt, and the costs are reasonable. There haven't been any problems with the exchanger.

For a long time, Сhangelly was just a mobile application for me, because I didn't even suspect the existence of an analog of this platform in the form of a website and was sure that swaps are available only in the application. I've already left a review in the app store, now it's time to praise the web version as well. All the same handy and intuitive interface as in the mobile version, in the same way, you can fix the exchange rate and have access to all currency pairs. True, the tech support chat is still more convenient in the mobile version, but this doesn't completely cancel the other merits of this service.

Yesterday I had a small conversation with the Support. They were friendly and really helpful: it took less than half an hour to solve my issue. Thanks dear team.
