I am still waiting on my refund and Changelly closed out my ticket. My ticket should remain open until my refund is issued. That is when my case will be resolved and then could be closed. It has now been 10 days. I will update when I actually get my money back. I do think it is ridiculous that it is taking this long considering the fact that sending the bnb was a quick and immediate action.

Tip for consumers:
I cannot currently recommend this service.

Changelly stole my money

I have been trying to get my money back for three days. I did a transaction with Changelly to exchange bnb to eth and I did make the mistake of sending slightly less than was asked because a fee was taken, literally a few cents short. I even sent the small additional amount of bnb in a second transaction. Changelly claims they didn't receive my bnb but they are lying. I have proof and I sent it to them. A transaction can be tracked and it clearly shows bnb from my wallet to them. I just want my money back. I don't even care if they keep the small additional amount I sent in a second transaction. I am out over $800 because of Changelly and that could have been more by now. They stopped answering me once I sent all the proof. Sad to say I think this service at the very least doesn't know how to handle refunds and they may possibly be scamming people. If my money is returned I will gladly update my review. But for now I would say, do not use this service!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you send the exact amount, be aware of fees. But I would not use since they have not refunded my money.
