I have ordered numerous items from CO and have always been satisfied with their products. Recently, one item arrived damaged. I notified them, and they sent a replacement in a timely manner.

Absolutely ridiculous service! I contacted the company immediately after my order was placed when I saw the outrageous shipping charge that was NOT stated during check out - to cancel my order immediately! Then I receive a message four days later that they shipped the item anyways? There is NO phone number for the business on their website, so I find a number on Google, when you call the business a message comes on saying that all of their business is done electronically and they hang up. On top of this, they will spam your email address with three emails every day. Stay away from this company!
Tony has displayed superior customer service as well as a lot of patience and help to help me resolve my return. Really appreciated his professional and prompt replies. I had a problem with UBS cable that was provide with my battery pak! He provide another replacement cable, but a better one! And at no charge, including shipping! I would say if have a problem don't be afraid to ask! They are willing to work out the problem with you! Lastly my hats off to them for a job well done! 5 Stars! Aloha! And Mahalo from Hawaii!
Cellular Outfitter is not only a great website to buy things for your phone but they also have great customer service. I didn't get the discount I was supposed to for one of my purchases and they handled it immediately and made sure I got my money back. When I email them they get right back to me where other places usually take a few days. I will definitely order from them again in the future!
I've been having battery issues with my Samsung s3 and Cole from Cellular Outfitter has gone beyond assisting me with just my purchase but has answered technical questions and made me feel as if i was talking directly to someone and answering my questions the best he could. That's true customer service!
Not impressed with the ridiculous shipping charges. No chance to review shipping charge before being billed. Shipping was almost as much as my order. I ship many things for my business and the shipping through this company is very high. Cancelled my order. Hopefully will refunded in a reasonable amount of time.

Grossly overpriced for barely functioning products. Unknown and hidden shipping costs drive the total cost well beyond reasonable. Total weight 4 oz. Cost to ship $30.00.
This site is terrible. I've been burned twice. The ordering process misleads one into thinking shipping is free. (The second time there were dashes where there should've been shipping charge info. No shipping charge was indicated until I'd received the order confirmation email! Then, to top it off, the shipping charge was MORE than the price of the item!) Finally, when I sent an email asking to be contacted before my order was processed it was ignored. Do NOT be duped as I was! Refrain from ordering at Cellular Outfitters.

Even this last time I had a minor issue they found out that the issue new what to do and corrected it and made made it right they're just a very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. Unhappy with delivery time. I paid extra for 2-4 day delivery however, it took 8 days for my order to ship, then add the 2-4 days on top of that. All items in my order showed as "IN STOCK" at time of order, therefore shipment needs to improve. Cellular Outfitter needs to improve on filling orders and getting them shipped much faster than their current practices. Key to any on-line shopping is fast delivery... As of this review my order is still not received.
I was disappointed it took 12 days for my order to arrive. While the prices are fair and the company has some excellent deals, the shipping charges are high. When my order finally arrived, it was missing 1 of the 2 items. In my error, I ordered the one product I received incorrectly. I contacted customer service and was disappointed to receive an email that stated a rep would be in contact with-in 48 hours. Much to my surprise, within 12 hours a rep had contacted me and was more than fair at resolving my missing item and t he incorrect item. Paul David was professional and quick to reply with my chosen options.
I wish I would have searched for their reputation before purchasing, they came up on a google search, but I should have kept looking like on Amazon. They don't put shipping charges on until you click "complete order". I ordered a phone case and screen protector. A couple days after the order, I am told by email the case is not in stock. I want to refund the entire order then, the case was why I ordered from them. I can get a screen protector anywhere, even the Dollar Tree! They kept $10 of my money saying that protector had already shipped?! So it costs $6 to ship something that can fit in an envelope? That's deceitful business practice. They processed the refund shorting me, then told me about the shipment. If I wanted to spend $10 on 1 screen protector I would've purchased from Verizon in the mall. Never buy from them.
I made a purchase of many iPhone cases- several styles and colors- for my company. A few of the cases were not what I ordered. I used the online chat to let Cellular Outfitters know of the issues. After explaining the error and providing my order number, I was told they would ship out the correct cases free of charge. This all took about 5 minutes. Very quick, effective and excellent customer service.
First they lost my order which I place in the beginning of the year, then they took forever to respond to my inquiry, then they said before refunding we offer you this and that, then they said we don't refund on lost goods, as if that was my fault that the items were supposedly sent to the wrong address. Anyway, I agreed to a store credit and chose an item which I was promised will be delivered to me in 2 days priority due to the inconvenience, well it has been over 2 weeks and still no delivery or even a response from the company about the whereabouts of my items. Unbelievable. Horrible, horrible, horrible company never again.
Sent me my Oder, minus one case cover.No saying it was back ordered, not in stock, nothing! Showed they shipped it but did not. I have given several replacement item no. And they still have not sent me a replacement. Always something with this company, will never order from them again.Not such a good deal when you never receive it!

Offered free shipping, price was reasonable, When I finished filling in the form including the credit card info an outrageous shipping charge was added. I could find no way to cancel the order including phone call. Tried to add another cover, sent an E mail, and left a phone message. This was mid afternoon on a Friday, called early Monday and they said it had been shipped with no offer to correct the shipping charge which was more than the cover.
And I tried to call during your business hours twice but was on hold for a very long time and never got though. I got a reply from my initial email so you clearly got the message to cancel the order, and I verified it yet again. When you shipped anyway, I cancelled payment through VISA. (It was a tiny order but I still felt bad about doing that, I just didn't feel like I could get in touch with you.)
