I paid 25$ over a week ago and the codes did not unlock my phone. Money back guarantee is a joke because they will not respond to my emails and open tickets for a refund. It is not in my spam folder. It is simply a no response to multiple request. Dont waste your money!
Placed an order (order number *******) on September 9,2020 and so far there is nothing from the company. So far I have sent two emails to the company, one email to the sales and another to the order department. There is no response from them, no reply and no unlock code! They just took my money and that's it! STAY AWAY!
They give my IMEI back as my unlock code and it didnot work! I could not log back in to my account and nobody replied to my emails!
Could not get to The "unlock code", the access credentials did not work (user, password).
After asking numerous times for help I asked my bank to help me refuse the charges. That is still pending. Have never heard from unlockcode.com about my pleas for help. Do not waste your money.
They couldn't unlock my phone and it's fully paid and they saying my phone was stolen which is lies please see the picture of my phone report and stay away from these scammers
Needed to unlock my iphone. Went trough their website all looked straight forward perfect. Check out page showed $21 i was paying. Checked my account i was charged $31.3 days passed Never received any code any email ANY REPLY. Tried to contact them hundreds of times. Emails, phone calls, voicemails. No reply no contact TOTAL SCAM IGNORANCE NO RESPECT FOR customers. I dont really understant why people leave positiv review for these scammers
These people are crooks they take your money and give you nothing in return please run like hell why you have a chance.

I wanted to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S8, coming over from AT&T to T-Mobile. I did not want to purchase a new phone. I was very skeptical about this service. After searching on the web i decided to go with CellphoneUnlocker. I didn't know if it would work. Not only did I get the service at half the price of other companies, I got my code in about 12 hours and it was super easy to get it done. CellphoneUnlocker is the truth. If you are on the fence trust me and try them.
Well I certainly didn't wait 2 and 1/2 weeks to find out that this company is a scam I did on my research but I did it after I made payment so when I found out they would have scam I went right to PayPal and disputed the payment immediately

I paid what came to $98 Canadian to unlock my phone from an American cellphone provider through cellphoneunlocker.com on April 18th. I didn't hear from the company other than their automatic email reply which is just a receipt so I wrote them asking what was going on with my order on April 20th. They promise a 24 hour unlock process on their website so I thought that at the very least they could have contacted me during this time. They told me that they had already reviewed my order and that it would take 4-10 business days to complete the unlock since my phone was attached to a certain provider, and to give them the go-ahead if this is okay. I said yes, please proceed. I haven't heard anything from them since April 20th, even though I've written to their help desk through their website and replied to our email thread with zero response. On May 8th, I started the process to place a PayPal claim against them, which involved writing them through PayPal first. I haven't heard anything back yet (May 12th). Not surprised. I honestly thought the bad reviews on here were all written by confused elderly people but I am a fully techsavvy millennial in my 30's. I'm feeling like I got scammed, as the boomers say. I let them know that I'd be escalating my claim to PayPal by Friday but if realllllyyy rather not go to all that trouble, I don't know why they can't just answer me and tell me what the $#*! is going on with my order. Seriously.
I paid 19.99 today to receive a unlock code for my daughter phone and I received my username and password and I can't even log in or check my order status online. I'm about to lose it because I don't normally trust sites like this but this one had so many good reviews smh! I would hate to involve my lawyer over 20 bucks but a scam is a scam we shall see.
It has been 10 days since I purchased my unlock code. They failed to produce the code and after I inquired about it through their support email, they informed me that they would have to go through Apple to get it unlocked with no charge to myself. Since then I still have not received the unlock. I have emailed 3 more times with no response even after asking for a refund. I believe this site has paid actors to promote positive feedback on their reviews. This place is turning out to be a scam. I'll eat $69.00 but hopefully others see this review and how well scripted the positive reviews are and learn from my mistake.
Following reading positive reviews. I used cellphone unlocked for a Samsung galaxy I was given as a gift. I waited and waited after paying finally giving up that they would unlock the phone after 10 days. I then emailed their customer service support to ask for. A refund as my order was still incomplete. I have never received a reply. Seems to be a scam to me. Do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere unless you just want to give your money away!

I paid for the code on Thursday afternoon PST. It's now Friday evening and I haven't received anything. Support hours are supposedly 10 am to 6 pm Mon-Fri PST Today is Friday and I've emailed and sent messages via chat, but had no response.And still no code. After paying for the code I noticed the outdated website copyright is 2016. A red flag on any website.

I order a unlock code on February 21st today is the 25th I have not received a unlock code nor have I gotten an email from anyone

Bought the code and its been 5 days without the code. No customer service, I have sent emails, made phone calls and there is no way to get a hold of the company.

We didnt want to pay the full amount that the network ask to release the phone that you paid for in full, so tried this website. The form was quick and easy, it took close to 2 days but less than the 48 hours that is mentioned on the website, and it worked without any problem.
