Cellphone unlocker finally replied to me regarding the code not working. They reimbursed me in full and apologised for the delay in responding. The code didn't work this time I used them which was not their fault. They are worth using but you have to be patient which is difficult these days as we all want things done instantaneously.

I have waited over 24hrs for my code. I have not received any info from support after I emailed them.

You wait for days and no code... You get in touch twice and no one gets back to you. Having paid the fee for this scam of a service, I will now go and get it done in a shop. Wish I'd known that - I thought I was saving myself time and money. Feel a bit silly now. Please stay clear of this awful service!

Very professional company.
After being scammed by Phone Unlock Shop.com for $9.99, had to pay again and some extra to this legitimate website to finally unlock my phone.
It was easy and fast, CellPhoneUnlocker rocks!

I emailed them 3 days after purchase to get an update and they said they were working on it. It's now been 11 days and they won't answer. Given all of the reviews, I don't think it's a scam, but their customer service is pretty $#*!ty, obviously. There must be better services out there.

Do not use CellPhoneUnlocker.com. 1 star. No response and no code received. They asked you to review them right after you pay and you will not be able to give them a review after that. I used unlockriver last time and got the code in an hour.

Frauds, total frauds, I'm convinced that the positive reviews are bots to flood out the actual dissatisfied reviews. I have tried to get in contact with these scammers since my first code didn't work about a month and a half ago. Don't waste your money people.

I've purchased an unlock code 3 days ago and haven't heard anything. Thank god i purchased through Pay Pal. I've tried contacting them via phone "no response", e-mails and still no response. Absolutely the worse service ever. Go to a counter and pay the extra for no headaches.

I paid $25USD to unlock my Samsung S6 phone.
They provided me with a code that does not work at all.
I contacted their phone number on the website, it turns out it is not a valid phone number and no one answer at all. I googled the number, guess what (voice over IP in India).

Stay away from this website!

The slowest service I've used and I've unlocked my phone plenty of times. Choose a different service and you'll get your code faster. Still haven't received a response from support or the code.

It's been days and my aunt still never received her code. Not cool at all. We want a refund or atleast the code.

Ordered an unlock code for my S7 and have yet to receive my code. They don't reply to the customer support tickets either! This is a scam so don't give them your money! I want a refund and I'm going to call my credit card company and report them!

I paid for a code and it's been 5 days since with no response from cell phone unlocker. I've called and emailed several times. What a fraud! Never have I had a bad experience with a company. I better be reimbursed or emailed asap or things are going to blow up.

It has been almost 2 days and I have not received an unlock code or a reply to my tickets. I really needed the unlock code fast and it is disappointing that I have no idea what stage their "processing" is at.

I'm just looking for a response... it makes a huge difference for service experience.
