It has been 4 days since I purchased a code from these guys. They worked reasonably well a couple of years ago when I needed an unlock code. They did not respond to 2 tickets filed with their support (Sales, and Technical). Their phone # *******782) is a fraud, as there is NEVER anyone to take your call, even during their purported business hours. I'll be contacting my credit card company to have charges reversed. This is fraud!
I've made an order on the 18th of August, and I still have not received the code. I've sent them a service ticket 4 times, and no reply. I've tried calling them in their posted working hours 6 times and no answer. It just constantly says their customer support line is busy, but doesn't put me on hold, and instead says they will call me back if I leave my number, but they don't call back. I think their customer support line is actually fake, and just tells you all the agents are busy. At this point, I'm ready to take this up to Master Card and dispute the transaction as product not received. CellphoneUnlocker, you have 24 more hours or I'm taking it up with MasterCard

Awesome i cant believe it woked for 20 bucks well worth it as telus wanted 65 bucks. I will definately recommend these guys on social media to all my friends. It took a day and a half to grt it i thought i was getting scammed but nope and i appologize to the company for bugging about my code taking so long

Paid up in full and got actually no code 4 days later, just an email saying my Iphone was now unlocked. It isn't and I have had that checked by a friend of mine at the carrier. No responses to support ticket. I am advising my credit card carrier to blacklist this supplier if I do not get a response within 24 hours.
I have not got my code and it has been 17 hours I have tried to email no reply not very happy i hope i didnt get ripped off?

They sent me a code which did not work at all. I gave the correct imei number. I messaged and emailed them back three times with no response.
Would be nice if you people sent codes after you steal our money. No code and no response from multiple emails. They do not pick up the phone either.

They take your money and you get nothing. No replies to emails... no code. Nothing.
Complete rip off.
Update 5/25/17: The support team finally replied after 11 days and said my order would be processed tomorrow or the following business day... well that never happened either. I think they should find a new occupation because they are terrible at what they do.

I used this service as I wanted to try somewhere new. As it walks you the the service nowhere does it say or charges in USA funds. It took over 24 hours for my unlock code to reach me. I emailed support and general inquiries and AFTER I got my unlock code did they finally reply and both had the same genric answer I don't suggest using this service.
Very Bad Customer service if we have any issues. I emailed like 6 times to this people no one responded i am continuously following up on my request and did not receive any update or any resolution from your team. If you can not fix it, please refund my money, i will go get the unlock code with a better company which has better customer service. I am very disappointed with your performance, at least you should respond with what is the process. I submitted video too that the steps you gave me are not working, please refund if you can not fix it or respond back with a resolution, it is already more than 10 days i raised a request from you and still waiting. Just let me know if you are not able to deal with my request and refund back my money.
I ordered my code on a Saturday got it on Monday, entered the unlock code into my phone and voila my phone was unlocked. I'll shop here again if need be. Thank you!

The IMEI that was submitted to us with your order was processed through the database system and has now been unlocked. To complete this process you must finalize the unlock through iTunes by connecting your phone to your computer and performing a sync.
