Total waste of time and money. It's purchased the code to unlock my Samsung S10 on Friday September 10,2022 and as f now it is September 20th, Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in 2.5 hours it will be 4 days or 96 hours. After countless requests for status update I have failed to reach an actual human. Each request hoping for a Human intervention is just AutoBot a regurgitation of the FAQ. No assistance whats so ever. I attempted at add my proof of purchase however the software did not accept it.

Their website says 24-48 hours to unlock. Took them 8 days to finally respond and we're not able to unlock. Very disappointed. Was finally able to get previous carrier to unlock.
Company did refund me but was a huge waste of time

Tried contacting support - no luck. On overseas travel - have to pay ATT daily rate on two phones. They completely missed their "expected processing times" and not responding to my requests.

I gotta say, I'm blown away by the results. How fast the order went through, how easy it was to set up, the whole experience has been a blessing to me. Placed my order on the 18th and received my unlock on the 20th, that's not bad at ALL. I had a good feeling about this company and I'm glad I went with my gut on this one. I leave reviews to let people know, people who are like me and find it hard putting this kind of trust out there, if you had any doubts about wanting to go through this company for a phone unlocking, I'm here to tell you, don't even stress it. Granted they said themselves sometimes it could take a little longer depending on situation And whatever else it may be but I think for the most part even if it took 5 days it would be well worth it. They saved my phone man and I'm incredibly grateful to this company. If I had to use them again I would in a heartbeat. And I would highly recommend them without a doubt about it. The price is very well worth the service. I couldn't believe how fast and easy this was, I'm still amazed by it. Anyway I hope this helps ease your mind I know what it's like to have people trying to scam you and take you for your money and those type of people make me sick, so believe when I say I wouldn't waste my time writing this review if I felt any type of wronged. There are multiple sites and companies who say they can unlock your phone, but i would have to say you'd be hard pressed to find a better spot then this one. That speaks to price, fast delivery and easy set up.

Placed an order on April 9,2022. Today is April 17,2022. Still have no unlock code. Have emailed "support" several times and they do not reply after repeated demands for a refund. Monday I'm going to my bank with the screenshots from this website showing all the people who were scammed. I will be filing a dispute to get my money back. I've also sent everything over to my attorney who stated he is going to look into their business license and try to get it pulled, as they are scamming people. Pics attached!

They advertised for 3-24 turnaround. 4 days later, nothing. Of course they do not refund for delays. What a scam that is.

Took money and never provided a code or responded to multiple emails. Their Live support is clearly a bot and not a good one. 100% Scam

Scammer end up selling locked phone to me. It was locked by AT&T. Tried multiple options but nothing worked in cheap price as there are many ppl selling cheap stuff to unlock.
Well, they took some time and charged me extra $68 but it was unlocked. I would recommend them to unlock any phone. It took approx 5 working days to get phone unlocked and total $98.

Paid 24.99 no email confirmation. I emailed them 3 times and made many calls but no response or reply. PayPal refund my money. Stay away from these thieves. They are fake

I bought a code but it has been two days that I've been sending email with no answers. Yesterday I waited more than 30 minutes on the chat but no answers.

I paid to have my phone unlocked on 3/6/21 by 3/12/21 my phone was still not unlocked so I called my cell provider and they unlocked it. An hour later I sent an email to CellPhoneUnlocker requesting a refund. They responded on 3/13/21 saying my phone has been successfully unlocked... well duh! But it wasn't by you... so I replied stating yes my phone is unlocked but my cell provider did it so please send me a refund. No response. On 3/16/21 I sent another email stating I would work w/ them, rather than a refund give me a credit because I thought I'd get another phone unlocked. No response.
So they took my money, didn't do the service that I paid for, and not willing to work with me.
I'm not going to lose sleep over $25 but I be dammed if I'm going to keep my mouth shut and not warn others.

This place took my money and won't even send me a email saying anything its all bull crap! I paid 24.99 for a unlock code they said would take no more then 3 days and it's been 5 days and I have emailed support tried to chat online with them through there website and still nothing. They ripped me off dont use this site learn from my mistake they are a bunch of crooks!

I typically don't go for sites like this, but I guess you really get what you pay for. They'll charge your card and be stuck in a "processing" status for days on their site. For all this talk on their site about refunds and costumer service, it doesn't exist.
At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if they inflate reviews, to take advantage of people who would have been otherwise skeptical.

Non existent customer service. No unlock code. 3 days, 3 emails. No response from them and no refund. BS

Took my money, No Status or Progress Email, Phone is still locked for more than a week and they don't respond to emails. It's a Scam.
