Don't shop here

I bought a printer off catch.com.au and later found it was third party seller on catch site.
Although catch was helpful but 3rd party is absolute no no. Be careful by buying. I'll give catch support 6/10.

Good prices

The prices on this website are good, and don't take too long to arrive. The website could do with some work, to make it look more organised and easier to navigate. And, it offers clubcatch, which is probably good for you if you plan to order a lot of stuff from them. However, I got clubcatch thinking I would get free shipping on all my orders, but it is only specific items. Otherwise, a pretty well-priced website that I would go to for several homeware products or some bulk buying.

On Monday 3rd April 2023 I purchased a Wacom Intuos Bluetooth Tablet Small - Pistachio for $129 but I never received it since it was never delivered from the driver from Couriers Please. As a goodwill gesture Travis decided to cancel the item and give me a store credit.

Canceled order
April 9, 2021

They canceled my order as they apparently made a mistake with pricing the product. I think they are just trying to keep people on their website so it can perform better but have fake prices. I made 3 different orders and they canceled all of them, note that they were different product not 3 orders of the same product.

They sell you items from partners that can take 10 business days to send and a further 10 business days to arrive. My advice - screen shot the sale and take it a shop to price match.

Never again

My order was canceled after an email had been sent for me to prove my identity and send a photo of my license front and back and a utility bill because my order was over $200. Are u serious?! I hadnt checked my emails so i was automatically refunded without notice or say in the matter. A phone call would bave been sufficient but their customer service would require people with common sense. I have spent thousands at a time before online shopping and never has this happened to me. All credibility is gone for this site. Terrible customer service.

I have used this site quite a few times now and have only had good experiences. Only once did I not get what I ordered and sent an email once I discovered that I hadn't recieved all of my goods and got a responce the same day saying that they had made the mistake and posted the rest of my order the next day. I also use their grocery run page alot and have had no problems at all. I just want to give a 5 star review for this site

Terrible seller support. Terrible customer service. They charge you $50 per month and says you can list as many products you want. But reality is, all your listing goes under approval for months and never get approved or rejected. There is no direct customer supprt to talk to on phone like ebay and amazon. They just replies you like machine in your tickets you raise for support saying your listings will be either approved or rejected in 2 days which never happens. Such a poor seller support I have never seen in any other marketplaces. I am thinking like they just cheated me as they charge constantly $50 per month for seller account but you dont get anyone whom you can ask for help verbally and convey what issues you are facing. Ultimately, if you couldn't list items successfully, how could you get any orders and how you make profit. Don't think of selling your products on catch marketplace, but rather spend your valuable time and money in ebay and amazon and Facebook. You will get better return.

Ordered some small items to use as easter gifts in January and by March I still hadn't received anything. So I contacted them to see what was happening and 11 emails later all I got was called a liar. Despite the fact I have never received anything they refuse to provide a refund or the items I ordered and paid for.

No Delivery, No Refund

Waited weeks for delivery, no delivery. Was told they they follow up and come back to us in 3 days, week after, no reply. Called back again was told it would be escliated. Was told that as its been dispatched they cant refund as we requested. Was told we would need to wait until it was delivered back to them before refund could be considered. Have not heard back. SO, they organized delivery, it didnt arrive after almost a month, then they say they cant refund until their delivery company delivers back to them. Still waiting for an update from them. Cant re-buy until we get a refund, cant get a refund till they get the product ba

We bought a pair of bikes through Catch, (Monvelo) the provider was Sello. We were not happy as when we received them we found that the quality was really poor. The bikes were very hard to ride, they seemed stuck, and the gear wouldn't shift easy, causing the chain to come off. We submitted the complaint which was sent to Sello, they replied stating that 'this was our feeling' as other customers were happy with the product. We were so frustrated and raised this with Catch. They mediated with Sello and we finally got our money back. The customer representative from Catch (Ayla) was very kind and did a great job negotiating with them. Thanks Catch for listening to us!

Hit the 3-month waiting mark for my package to arrive from Melbourne to Wellington. Catch website tracking via AUSPOST states that my parcel has arrived in the country but delivery failed and has been forwarded to pick up address (which I assume is at the depo).

Contacted AUSPOST as was told my parcel doesn't exist. Then was told to contact NZ POST who handles all AUSPOST packages and was told CATCH needs to provide me with both AUSPOST and NZPOST tracking information to even check if the parcel has even arrived in New Zealand

CATCH customer service is non-existent and their "submit your inquiry" link is broken and will not work, leading to a "page not found" error.

Catch, it seems, has created a clever scam that leaves the buyer running in circles, never getting any information or a reply from a real person.
