We bought a pair of bikes through Catch, (Monvelo) the provider was Sello. We were not happy as when we received them we found that the quality was really poor. The bikes were very hard to ride, they seemed stuck, and the gear wouldn't shift easy, causing the chain to come off. We submitted the complaint which was sent to Sello, they replied stating that 'this was our feeling' as other customers were happy with the product. We were so frustrated and raised this with Catch. They mediated with Sello and we finally got our money back. The customer representative from Catch (Ayla) was very kind and did a great job negotiating with them. Thanks Catch for listening to us!
