To start finding a case is nearly impossible as the UI on their site is terrible. Once you manage to find one, it'll take a good 2 weeks for them to either make the case from scratch or find one (bad organization skills of any) it'll take over 1month to receive it if you're lucky, otherwise expect to go past 2 months. They use DHL for shipping and I don't believe DHL as access to GPS since the package will travail in what appears to be one square km/mile for at least 3 to 4 weeks before making it to a plan. Then DHL will continue to manage to f&$$ it up for a minimum of 1-2 weeks.
So if you're looking for a good case at a better price point then you actually need in the best future, don't waste your time with Casetify!
They will cancel your order in a heartbeat. They talk a very big game about being able to customize a case to your own liking, but they will cancel it in a heartbeat if it's not to their liking. They are a Chinese company and apparently subject to Chinese censorship laws. Their example customization shows people in the sample, but one of the things that can get the case rejected is having people's faces in it. You can't do anything fannish. So, no, you cannot customize anything to your own liking. It's just a gimmick.
Had this case for about a year. The bumper is now coming off. Every time I try to put it back on, it falls right back off. This was an expensive case, so I expected a lot better from it. Whenever I drop it, it completely falls out of the case. Do NOT buy from caseify!
I purchased a $60 case which is a lot for a case for a phone. Sorry to bend after 5 months they did send a replacement to me. After 3 months that replacement the whole portion that says casetify pop's completely off. Online in my order history it specifically states that that one has a 6-month warranty as well. They are refusing to send me one telling me it's not under warranty you cannot call them You cannot reach them. They email you back at 3:00 in the morning and when you try and chat with them through Instagram or on their chat they tell you they have a huge amount of issues and cannot get back to you only at their earliest. No wonder they are a horrible company don't buy anything unless you want it to break
Casetify are cute but not worth the price. The images are just printed on top of the case and can easily be scratched. I purchased a case and put a MagSafe ring on it overnight and the image got scratched.
Would've been nice if they had put some sort of clear coat over it or something.
I reached out to customer service to request a return on my item because I wasn't happy about the quality and was informed that they'll give me a refund to my original form of payment. Instead they gave me store credit and I've been going in circles with the Facebook customer service reps.
I didn't realize that Casetify is an international company so be sure to use a credit card that doesn't charge a foreign transaction fee.
Overall, not too happy with my experience.
I bought a Christmas gift for my daughter. I attempted to return it right after Christmas and they said we had to keep the wrong phone case as they only had a 10 day return policy. It's ridiculous not to have a standard 30 day return policy. This is sneaky marketing. Read the fine print. This is a poor business strategy to force the consumer to have to keep wrong or damaged merch. No way to return within 10 days. We'll never use again.
I have replied a few times to an email I sent to Caestify about the quality of the phone case I received. The case itself was nice but I ordered one with the Poppies. If I had known they were just stickers slapped on the back with no protective covering I would not have paid so much for something I could have gotten from WalMart. I can't seem to get anywhere with email and they have no phone number to call. This is deeply disappointing and I will not be making any purchases from this company ever again, not would I refer anyone to them. Worst customer service ever! Julie B.
Purchased the case on Feb 2023 and by July 2023 the stickers on the back started to chip off. Contacted customer service about this and told me it's "natural wear and tear." So even though they say they have a 6 month warrenty you actually have to pay more beforehand if you actually want to have a chance at getting a replacement. I think I'm lucky that my corners haven't peeled off or the case hasn't warped (yet) but can assure you that I will not ever reccommend or buy their product again. Cool designs but when it's just a sticker printed on a case made for cents charging 85$ CAD and taking months to ship doesn't feel great.
I ordered cases on November 29 and it said initially that I'd have them by December 28. I had to email them several times to beg for any kind of shipping update, to the point where I had to threaten a chargeback for them to respond in any way. I actually literally ordered another case from a different company after December 28 (by which point I still had no updates from CASEtify!) and I still received my other cases sooner than these cases. The customer service was nothing until I had to threaten a chargeback and they offered no solutions, coupons, or anything. I still haven't received my cases from them and I WILL be returning them immediately for a full refund. Do not recommend, just get a dang Otterbox instead.
It's been two weeks now since I ordered and still Casetify customer service can not figure out my order problem. And still USPS awaiting my item since I ordered. CS team follow up my issue very very slow. How bad and unprofessional service they have.
Bought a case from them online and was only told AFTER the transaction was complete that the car was back ordered and that it would be over a month before the case arrived. I ended up having to buy another case from Amazon. Complete and utter waste of money.
I received an incomplete order about a month after the order date. I sent their customer service numerous complaints and have yet to receive a reply. However, they continue to send me surveys to rate their product and service. Incomplete order, poor customer service, and product not as pictured. Very dissatisfied customer.
The overall quality of the cases are cheap for the price you pay.
I bought a case from them which quickly turned brown within a few weeks of purchase. They were quick to respond to my enquiries and replace the case in a black colour so it didn't fade. However both cases the rubber part lifted off the case within a few months and we're unusable.
For the price you pay I wouldn't recommend.
I've had other cases you pay the same price for that have lasted years. I've also had cases 3/4 of the price that have lasted longer.

If I only knew that the products were made from Hongkong, China I wouldn't purchase anything due to poor quality, poor service, and slow delivery. They use the US flag on their website and I was expecting my order to be delivered fast as I live in Canada only. I ordered the phone case on Dec. 15 the estimated delivery date is Jan. 11-Jan. 25, and my Macbook case which I ordered on Dec 16 is still in process. I didn't realize that it was coming from Hongkong as per the tracking number that they gave me. I lived in HK for 3 years and don't find their products of good quality.
I ordered an Airpodss case. Arrived and the design was merely a sticker that had not been placed on straight. Poor quality. I have now emailed 5 TIMES requesting that I can return the item for a refund and have had no response. I will not use them again or recommend them.
I normally don't bash a company but this one is not good... Customer Service is a joke - wrote them numerous times - no response, finally got someone to respond through Facebook only to tell me there is nothing they can do. I ordered a personalized phone case for my granddaughter which she didn't open until our Christmas celebration - it will not fit - way too small - AND the company will not exchange or make it right. So UNACCEPTABLE! Won't be doing business with them again.
Absolutely disgusting company. Ordered an item on the 3rd November which was was of appalling quality when received 3 weeks later. Returned said item in the original box and packaging on the 23rd November… fast forward to today (03/03) and I have had absolutely NO refund or acknowledgement that I even returned the item. They have ignored me entirely except to demand a returns receipt 4 months after returning… they have outright refused to accept any knowledge of clearly receiving my return given it was sent back in the exact same packaging which included my order details, name and address, instead brushing over these facts entirely and demanding a receipt they clearly know not one customer will hold onto for over 4 months on the off chance they commit literal theft.
They have refused point blank to refund me or return my order they clearly received. Seriously pissed off especially considering I have bought several products from them in the past! Never again, absolute jobsworths
Decide to bite the bullet and purchase one of these cases for my Samsung S21 Ultra. Within a week of using it, the camo print started peeling on the back. Contacted customer service and submitted photos and was told they would send me a replacement which they did.
Also in that email, they said it wouldn't happen again. And the replacement also started peeling within 2 weeks. Staff are great, but the quality of the product is very poor. Don't be fooled by insta or tiktok. These cases are rubbish!
I tried to buy a phone case off their website and it glitched, I ended up buying two cases that I didn't want. Even though it was their fault and the website glitched and there was no way for me to tell if I had bought two cases, They wanted to charge me to ship it back even though it was their fault. I am using the case now and two of the hearts on the back of my case have chipped. This case was an absolute useless purchase, and they forced me to keep two of their stupid cases so that I wouldn't have to pay $15 shipping. Absolute waste of time and money.

Answer: Nope. Well, maybe to say their cases aren't bad, but you will not get the right case and they'll wear you down until you just accept it or stop bothering them. If you have endless free time and limitless patience, or if you don't care about getting the wrong phone case, have at it, enjoy, I guess! Me, I chose to buy a case from a different company that won't screw me over.
