I bought a phone strap after being pickpocketed - I loved the styles they had up on Casetify, so I chose a leather strap from them. A few days after my order I see that I haven't been updated with delivery and, upon checking, find out that they are STILL PRODUCING the product and that it won't be despatched for a few weeks still.
I was told: "We have tracked your order down, your order is still undergoing the production process. Please be advised that our production team usually takes 1 to 6 calendar days to process your order. Once the order is shipped out, you will receive a notification via email."
I emailed to say that it was not at all clear on the website that the product wasn't actually available, I asked them to give me an update on delivery date and discount the order for the inconvenience. It was literally like talking to a wall. The same words kept coming up. They haven't done anything. It's been two weeks and the product is still in production and may or may not be despatched in the next week. Ridiculous really. I run a small D2C brand and although we don't always get things right, we certainly would never treat our customers with such blatant disregard and apathy. Absolutely never ever again.
I was happy with my case when it first arrived. It was well packaged, arrived quite quickly and the case itself looked and felt great. Within 3 months, it's literally split in half. The wrap-around side piece has completely broken off from the back of the case. Just before the side piece began to come away, I took off my case to change my screen protector and noticed that my phone was absolutely filthy and covered in crap. I constantly sanitise my phone and case with a tech wipe. The case must have allowed the debris to seep in over time and mustn't have been actually protecting my phone this whole time. The case now doesn't actually hold my phone. It slides around and it's incredibly frustrating to have spent so much money on such a poor quality piece that doesn't even protect my phone. I also bought a screen protector which cracked within a month. I can't speak on the customer service, because I haven't bothered contacting Casetify. I'm so displeased with this case that I don't want to ever purchase or own another Casetify case. I've purchased from a different company and will continue to do so indefinitely.
Quality is terrible. Case is bulky, flimsy and doesnt fit the phone well (iphone 13 pro). The customer service is terrible and the company makes you pay for any returns.
Got an email with a confirmed order but didn't buy anything. Support doesn't answer at all. I'm very upset.
I bought a computer case here, and unfortunately, it didn't fit. I don't reccomend buying off this company. Thry do have pretty designs. It was just a waste of money.

I ordered a case in store with an employee, the employee did not correctly customise my case as the (insertnamehere) was printed on my case, even though I had asked for it to be removed, I contacted Castify several times and they said it's part of the design, I would've gotten my name if that was the case, who the hell wants (insertnamehere) printed on the back of there phone case. NO HELP AT ALL, NO EXCHANGES ALLOWED, AND NO REFUND, WILL NOT BE BUYING AGAIN
I'm very upset while writing this. I ordered my case weeks ago still have not received it tried reaching out to them via chat literally waited 7 hours never got a response. Horrible customer service
Ordered an iPhone13 Pro case (Louvre collab) on the 2nd of October in-store (Hong Kong).
1. Price was super high at 600 HKD, but I wanted to know whats all the hype is about - staff said will be delivered within next week.
2. Received an email saying it will be delivered on the 14th of October (instead of the 7th coming from staff)
3. Waited until ~20th of October, item was still nowhere to be seen - NOT a single notification nor email was given.
4. I contacted support, saying they don't cut corners when making their stuff etc., and said it will be delayed until late October.
5. Received notification today saying it will be delayed further to the end of November - I wanted a refund to my credit card but they said they I will need to come to their store.
TLDR: Shipping sucks, very high price-point, not worth the trouble.
I don't understand most of the complaints here. I have always had a positive experience…. Aside from the incredibly long shipping time - it took 1 month for me to get my phone case. I had to go to TJMaxx for a cheap one to hold me over. But it's worth it. My first case from them was the Hello Kitty collab which has lasted me TWO years. I received so many compliments for it. I just upgraded from the 11 pro max to the 13 pro max so I needed another one. I ordered the recycled version of the Huyen Dinh artist case, which I really like. I find their cases to be a bit on the expensive side, but if you can find a promo anywhere I'd say their cases are worth $50.
Yes, the long wait sucks, but when I contacted them for updates, they not only upgraded me to express shipping for free, but allowed me to use a 15% discount I found online that I had neglected to apply to my order. I never waited more than 1 day to hear back from their support team. All in all worth the spend, but you need to be reaal patient with shipping.
The drop distance is a pure lie. My phone had not been damaged in 2 years with a different case. It was old so I decided to replace witg a resh new case for my s20 ultra. The castify case had almost no lip to protect screen. It fell 3 feet, screen shattered. $400 dollar repair after paying for a 70 sollar case. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HIGH DOLLAR PHONE.
Got cracks on my camera area 3 days after switching to this case. I didn't realize a whole strip on the back would be unprotected.
I ordered a case on feb 25 (2022) and as of march 18 (2022) it still has yet arrived. Up your game or end the game.
If you've been on any social media platform recently, you've probably seen this brand called CASETiFY. (They've been promoting their products through influencers like crazy for the past month) Anyways, this brand sells trendy phone cases and now even a one where you can design-your-own case! I bought one of these customized cases myself recently and it turned out very cute :)
The reason why I give this review a 4-star is because I actually had some trouble with the purchasing process. I'm not sure why but I couldn't purchase this product and ~multiple~ of my cards didn't go through. I had to contact customer service for help and this happened in one weeks span which tbh irritated me a bit. The designing site was okay, it was kind of hard to drag photos in and organize the photos but I wouldn't say it's too big of a deal. I got my case a whole month after I purchased and I understand it takes time to print the design and shipping during covid is slow but this took a dang long while.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Currently I have YET to receive my refund on a phone case. I USPS priority mailed it 7 weeks ago. I think we all would agree especially with a tracking number that the USPS doesn't make to many errors. Anyway It was proved on the USPS website that they received it and it even identified the person who received it.
This 1- 2 day delay of responses is so inefficient. I've had two representatives on this problem (Kady and Alana) and they both said they would be refunding me yet nothing. I contacted my bank, nothing. So in case they want to place blame on the bank. The worst part of this I asked a fair request which was to be reimbursed the $9.90 I spent to get this to them in a timely manner using USPS priority mail. Their response was "it is not our policy to assist in refunding for postage." Perhaps they haven't heard of good customer service and thinking OUTSIDE policy. After STILL no refund almost 6 weeks later they can't assist with $9.90?
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND WHOMEVER READS THIS SHOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT PLACING AN ORDER.
Fast and easy. Lots of great choices. It still protects my phone beautifully, it just looks worn. Worth every penny and can't wait to get my new one!

Answer: Nope. Well, maybe to say their cases aren't bad, but you will not get the right case and they'll wear you down until you just accept it or stop bothering them. If you have endless free time and limitless patience, or if you don't care about getting the wrong phone case, have at it, enjoy, I guess! Me, I chose to buy a case from a different company that won't screw me over.
