I have had this case for less than a year and the sides are peeling off exposing my phone. I bought the $75 case for a REASON (to protect the living crap out of my phone with 3 kids under 3!) so to have my phone exposed in the case really defeats the purpose. They are not willing to replace it. They offered a measly 15% off the next one -_-
Do yourself a favor and just buy a cheaper case that will actually last longer...
I tried to buy a phone case off their website and it glitched, I ended up buying two cases that I didn't want. Even though it was their fault and the website glitched and there was no way for me to tell if I had bought two cases, They wanted to charge me to ship it back even though it was their fault. I am using the case now and two of the hearts on the back of my case have chipped. This case was an absolute useless purchase, and they forced me to keep two of their stupid cases so that I wouldn't have to pay $15 shipping. Absolute waste of time and money.
The overall quality of the cases are cheap for the price you pay.
I bought a case from them which quickly turned brown within a few weeks of purchase. They were quick to respond to my enquiries and replace the case in a black colour so it didn't fade. However both cases the rubber part lifted off the case within a few months and we're unusable.
For the price you pay I wouldn't recommend.
I've had other cases you pay the same price for that have lasted years. I've also had cases 3/4 of the price that have lasted longer.
Save your money.
Purchased 2 Magsafe Casetify cases for Iphone 13pro. £48 RRP each, which is already a ridiculous price for a phone case - the Magsafe isn't strong enough to hold the phones. Purchased to use in the car and they fall straight off. Never had this with other magsafe cases, the magnet is normally really strong. Customer service is non existent and you can't get a refund when the item is faulty. You have to return the items to HONG KONG which obviously isn't financially viable. The 100% customer guarantee is a flat out lie as far as I can tell. Avoid this company, I just wanted my money back because the items were defective.
Decide to bite the bullet and purchase one of these cases for my Samsung S21 Ultra. Within a week of using it, the camo print started peeling on the back. Contacted customer service and submitted photos and was told they would send me a replacement which they did.
Also in that email, they said it wouldn't happen again. And the replacement also started peeling within 2 weeks. Staff are great, but the quality of the product is very poor. Don't be fooled by insta or tiktok. These cases are rubbish!
I purchased an iphone case at the beginning of April and only received it yesterday - it took them close to a month to ship it. When I finally received it, I had dropped my phone and needed to change the purchased case for a different model. I spoke to an online customer service representative and they were the most unhelpful, they took about 15 mins to respond to each thing I said. I was told (in what looked like a copy and paste of a generic message) that I had to pay for registered international shipping fees to exchange the product and the original discount I received would not be applied to the exchanged product. I then preceded to ask questions about the durability of another product that I wanted to purchase in addition to the new phone case, and they did not respond at all.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
It was my fault to ordered wrong item. So I contacted to ask how to return and refund money. Well I followed instruction. I haven't seen any refund. It's been over 3 month.
Also I didn't realize that casetify is based in Hong Kong, so I was charged foreign current fee.
If you're the person who is looking to get a product from this company to gift someone, might as well look elsewhere. They don't deliver on their word and the customer support is absolutely useless with helping you. I don't understand how a company as big as them can get away with scamming so many people. Almost all the reviews of the company are negative yet they keep scamming people.
I placed my order on the 5th of March, at which time I was given a date of 19th at the most. Then after contacting customer support about the order, they gave me the date in the first picture. And then after posting a bad review on Trustpilot, they changed it to the date in the second picture. The final picture is from Australia Post Tracking, which hasn't been updated since the 14th of March.
So, it is just better to go elsewhere and save yourself a world of trouble and money.
Contacted customer service in regards to incorrect case delivered and false advertisement, and the next day I received a response that the case I initially ordered is no longer available hence the one I received is actually the correct one. I had waited nearly two months to receive my order and during this time they had changed the product detail on their webpage. Spent over $100CDN for a cheap quality case that I'll never ever use! Please be advise to not order anything from these SCAMMERS!
I ordered a case on feb 25 (2022) and as of march 18 (2022) it still has yet arrived. Up your game or end the game.
Customer service is a nightmare, not sure what they're paying them for because they want me to solve the problem myself. All they do is give you various directions about all the other people you should contact about your order that's not them. They're reluctant if not blatantly refusing to give refunds when items are not received. You're basically teasing 65$ for air and a headache.
Contacted them about an international service fee that they charged me for, try reaching out for a solution and they literally sent me the same email 5 times going in circles and not at all fixing the issue
Absolutely disgusting company. Ordered an item on the 3rd November which was was of appalling quality when received 3 weeks later. Returned said item in the original box and packaging on the 23rd November… fast forward to today (03/03) and I have had absolutely NO refund or acknowledgement that I even returned the item. They have ignored me entirely except to demand a returns receipt 4 months after returning… they have outright refused to accept any knowledge of clearly receiving my return given it was sent back in the exact same packaging which included my order details, name and address, instead brushing over these facts entirely and demanding a receipt they clearly know not one customer will hold onto for over 4 months on the off chance they commit literal theft.
They have refused point blank to refund me or return my order they clearly received. Seriously pissed off especially considering I have bought several products from them in the past! Never again, absolute jobsworths
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Currently I have YET to receive my refund on a phone case. I USPS priority mailed it 7 weeks ago. I think we all would agree especially with a tracking number that the USPS doesn't make to many errors. Anyway It was proved on the USPS website that they received it and it even identified the person who received it.
This 1- 2 day delay of responses is so inefficient. I've had two representatives on this problem (Kady and Alana) and they both said they would be refunding me yet nothing. I contacted my bank, nothing. So in case they want to place blame on the bank. The worst part of this I asked a fair request which was to be reimbursed the $9.90 I spent to get this to them in a timely manner using USPS priority mail. Their response was "it is not our policy to assist in refunding for postage." Perhaps they haven't heard of good customer service and thinking OUTSIDE policy. After STILL no refund almost 6 weeks later they can't assist with $9.90?
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND WHOMEVER READS THIS SHOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT PLACING AN ORDER.
They sent me the wrong case I have a Samsung note 20 ultra and this is what they sent me They told me that I could not get a refund because their warehouse is in China and it would take too long for me to send the case back. By that time it will be too late to get a refund and it took 4 weeks to get the wrong case and they're gonna ask me do I want a $8 coupon to their store. Here are some pictures. I previously wrote a terrible review for a company called Casetify. After a week of investigation, I learned that they did a wonderful job and the problem was with the USPS. They lost my package and after reading their manager the riot act, my package miraculously appeared the following day. Casetify just sent an email offering to replace the items. I told them not to and everything was fine. My apologies for any inconvenience I may have caused
Won't even let you check out. When trying to proceed to shipping, it says "email is in use. Please login using your email" so I log in, says login successful, but then the same thing happens. I've logged in a dozen times- still not letting me proceed to shipping. Customer service is tied up. What a joke of a website.
My case fell apart & broke within a month. The case also didn't look like the picture displayed on the website
Cases are good, though ridiculously priced. Customer service is atrocious. Trying to arrange a simple return or exchange of a Christmas gift is more complicated and time consuming than getting a mortgage! Here are instructions provided by CS to begin the process:
I) Please place the item you received next to your device and take a picture
Ii) Please provide us a screen capture of your device model name, this can be found on your phone in 'Setting' > 'General' > 'About'

It's been 17 days and order is still "pending production". Of course, the website does not tell you they do not have the item in stock, you learn that a day or two after you order it. I can't get a straight answer from anyone on a ship date and no live person to talk to. Avoid this company like the plague.
Answer: Legit company, sells poor quality cases for high prices though. Would not recommend!
Answer: Nope. Well, maybe to say their cases aren't bad, but you will not get the right case and they'll wear you down until you just accept it or stop bothering them. If you have endless free time and limitless patience, or if you don't care about getting the wrong phone case, have at it, enjoy, I guess! Me, I chose to buy a case from a different company that won't screw me over.
