Every time my wife and I use Carter's to pick up my little boy some new clothes we have the best experience, stores are easy to find and the clothes are great prices. We only shop Carter's for my little man!
I just had grandchildren born so i tried carters, not once but twice, and by the time the order is delivered my grandchildren are just moving into another size, i love their clothes and their prices but definitely not their shipping!
Actually I really like the clothes, and the delivery is acceptable. You know, babes always grow so fast and you have to buy another and another. And sometimes you take a look of the cute clothes in Carter's, you just want to buy it because you have imagined how it stunning when your children put it on.
Management was very rude. They didn't not help at all nor did they ask if I needed help. They were very rowdy, and not in a happy mood. Cussing on their sales floor, not a safe environment for my two kinds.
Its a really nice experience to buy kids clothes. The delivery of product is quite fast. The Collection of kids ware is just awesome. Lovely color combination and variety of kids ware is available here.
I ordered items in store via online because they didn't have the sizes available I needed. They told me it's the same prices in store would be honored online. However when I looked at my receipt I saw that wasn't true and I was charged almost double. When trying to contact customer service they refuse to do anything about it
I earned $50 fun cash. Never got the email to use on purchases. The day before they were to expire I contacted them. They didn't get back to me until the next day and said sorry can't give it to you as this expired. Said check spam. Told them I did and it was never received. They don't care. $50 is a lot of money to me. Very sad. They said can't extend as expired despite the fact that they weren't expired when I reached out to them.
Carter's is the worst place to order anything online. I understand that there will be a delay due to Covid. However, when the estimated date for delivery has passed by and you still haven't received your package, you think you should at least get some information as to where your package is since they already charged you weeks ago. Nope, received no information and all I received was a generic email to wait 24-48 hrs for tracking information. Took the tracking number and looked up the information myself on UPS and turns out they sent it back to Carter's. No explanation besides it couldn't get delivered by the post office.
Yeah, not going to wait another month for the package to come back when I already ordered it a month ago. Carter's is the worse. Get it together and fix your company!!! This is not the first issue I've had with your company and dealing with it's shipping.
It was 8 days of my order which was said to have shipped, but tracking number said package hadn't been received, I found out the package was still in their warehouse waiting for pick up with no anticipated pick up in the near future. I told them to cancel my order. Very disappointed.
I didn't get the items, but I get charged twice, they say that one time they hold payment then second time they charged me, but in my bank messages I was charged twice, and they didn't answer to my questions. So, I assume I get robbed by carters and get charged 160 dollars.
So many trackers and spam, it's unbelievable. Impossible to place a simple order. Incredibly disappointing. Customer Service is of no help whatsoever.
Unless you allow all 47+ trackers, it's impossible to place an order online. I wasted over an hour of my time shopping to only have it all disappear. After the third time, I gave up and put an order in at Gerber's.
Ordered on December 1. On December 7, I received an email saying there was a delay in shipping, but it would be shipped "soon". I decided to cancel the order, as the items were meant to be gifts to be given on the 8th. Only way to do so is to call. Tried to do so, but hold time was too long. So, I emailed them. Took them 3 days to reply, and since the items shipped yesterday, it's impossible for them to cancel the order. The now-useless order is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. This was my first experience with this company. It will be my last!
He quality is pretty decent for the cost. As for the customer service, hope and pray that you dont need to contact them, they are like robots and aren't looking to assist. The shipping takes forever/ My package going from VA to NJ took 2.5 weeks which shouldn't have taken more than 3-5 business days. Customer service kept saying check the tracking. DUH! Thats why im contacting you... Once my order was finally delivered, 2.5 weeks late they sent an email saying your package is delivered and acted as if im the idiot.

I'm hugely disappointed with the online process as well as customer service! 1 star so I can write this review but really they deserve ZERO stars! One order took 3 weeks to arrive and the other one wasn't showing any shipping activity since I got the tracking number. I waited one week then contacted them. "Your package was lost," they said. Just like that! So they reordered it. Now, I forgot to mention that it wasn't so easy getting to talk to a person; 3x I called and each time I was on hold for more than 30 minutes. Customer service reps are horrible and so are their managers. So they reship my package, however, my "lost" package just arrived! Now I have to return this new one back to them. This is the mess that they created and they aren't even truly apologetic about it. Never ever again will I order from this company!
On August 20th I bought some gift for my daughter. A week passed. Nothing came. I called. I informed that the person who answered me asked to wait one day. The other day nothing. I called again and was informed that They lost my order but would reworded. But two intens was sold out and would take up to 10 business days to arrive but I'm traveling to Brazil in 5 days. I called again the offered to give me a coupon for the next purchase of 25%. Thanks but no. I'm going to travel without my daughter gift thanks Carters
Kristy and Kim help me solve a problem on a charge that was on my account from a mess up we're assuming! They fixed it immediately. Also I think it was Elizabeth who helped with my return when my phone malfunctioned. My order always fast and efficient when I order from carters. And now the customer service is amazing! No complaints
I purchased a PLAYSPOT GEO Foam Floor Tiles playmat (Blue Ombre) and they had the nerve to ship me a used playmat. Just tossed in a box! Didn't even take the time to wipe it down, who knows where this mat has been or what it has been through. I called customer service, they were of no help and refused to let me speak to anyone in management. I will never buy another item from this website.
Ive shopped with a variety of kids stores and Carters is by far my favorite for younger kids. The clothes are adorable, they match well and they are hold up well in the wash even under higher temperatures which is important for sanitizing those dirty onesies.
