Called and got the information that I needed to get my car fixed
My vehicle was denied of an ordinary oil cooler on 04-01-2024. If i knew that this would have happened almost 2 yrs ago, i wouldn't have had any contract with car shield. Finally, it was both regrettable & unbelievable experience that i would never forget.

I dropped my car off on a Thursday at the car place that was fixing my car. The shop that was gonna fix my car called you the next day. You guys said you're gonna send out an adjuster within 24 to 48 hours from that point. The adjuster didn't come out to the following Friday. Then I had to wait so after the weekend to call you guys to find out the status. Then I get charged more money than my deductible to get my car fixed. I paid it because I needed my car not very happy.
Car started acting funny early Friday morning on my way to work. Called car shield had it towed to repair shop. Tow charge 180 dollars out of pocket 55 dollars
Repair shop looked at my car Monday morning around 1130a ran diagnostics on my car discovered it was the transmission. Had a new transmission installed and was completely done with my car by 11a Friday morning. I received a rental car that Wednesday. At no cost to me. Which did take a little longer to get than I was happy about but everything turned out fine. I'm truly happy and blessed that I have Car Sheild. The monthly charge is definitely worth paying.
Not much I can say about car Shield except they are absolutely awesome I needed a transmission one was provided I needed a whole new engine one was provided all through car Shield with a minimum expense of labor cost I am completely satisfied with car Shield
