Site would not allow shipping to a street address for some reason. Also, the only way I could find the items I wanted was by using the search box with a catalog number. Shipping seems pretty expensive for a small order.

Ordering was fairly easy but entering address for billing and shipping (different) was a little cumbersome/confusing. Customer service was helpful with questions about product and application of a discount option. We received the order within a couple of days, faster than expected. Would definitely work with carrot-top for future needs.
