Shipping was the only issue. We receive the wrong color base, then I had to spend time contacting FedEX to pick it up.

I did have an issue place a billing and a shipping address when I created my account, but when ordering, I was able to create the two addresses without an issue.

Very happy with the purchase. I have it displayed on the trim aside of my garage door. I think it was a little higher price than I thought I would have to pay but I hope to get years use out of it. I think it looks very nice. I really like the material of the flag, doesn't seem flimsy.
