This company has been using Carrot Top for years. I find the quality to be excellent, the staff to be knowledgeable and the catalogue easy to use. The pricing has stayed competitive over the years and we will only fly flags made in America.
No issues with the product at all. My only issue is with the pricing. Every time I order they raise the price 10-15% on a quote and I have to negotiate it back to a reasonable rate. They also charge a ridiculous "reactivation fee" on EVERY order. They make ordering a lot more difficult than it should be for a customer than has bought 75 of these table throws over the last several years. However, again, the product is of high quality and the delivery is usually very quick. Wish they were easier to deal with though.
