Love the product. Am only having issues with the collapsible pole collapsing on its own when the second flag ring hits the release button. Do not want to use the permanent locking ring so I have to re-raise my US flag and not use a second flag at least once a week.

Very good service and overall they are great products, look good on the flag pole.
