We have been using Carrot top for over 10 years for our flags. They are the best that we have found for both quality and price. They also get the flags to us promptly.
The 2nd and more than likely last time ill buy from carrot top. I paid almost $50 for supposedly a top of the line product. I received a product that im very unsatisfied with and bery cheaply made. The flag was thrown in a bag that seemed to be opened. The flag had many wrinkles like it had been washed and reused. The flag pole is cheap lightweight aluminum, and a plastic eagle to top it all off. Not what i was expecting for the price...
