Do not go near this company. Ordered several items online and none arrived. Waited 3 weeks to be told I had to contact the sellers direct. Customer service is rude, arrogant and absolutely useless. Avoid company at all costs. I'm astonished they are still trading.
The staff is always stressed, shelves showing one price then another is charged at the till. The checking cashier not only asks if you put things in your bag (stealing) or if you eat without paying in front of others queueing embarrassing clients, with no fundamental reason or proof. Shame on this horrible staff, no training to deal with the public. Never experienced something like that, horrendous.
However the order have not completed; the amount has been withdrawn from my visa and too many telephone calls and promises to call you back and no feedback or corrective action for long days.

Purchased 4 sunbeds that arrived a week late! Carrefour don't respond to my messages and hang up the phone when I call. The courier phone number and tracking system doesn't work. The sunbeds finally arrived one was badly broken and scratched, all are defective, they don't lock in so you can't sit up nor recline. They responded to PayPal by saying that I have to return them to a warehouse 500km away. This is not where they were delivered from. This will cost 165€ the cost of the sunbeds was 163€ AVOID!
If only I could give 0 but there's no zero option. The worst online shopping experience ever! The worst app ever. Order was not delivered on time. It took a week to have an update on their app. Which made me cancel the order. The worst customer service ever. They don't have any information regarding the orders. No coordination at all. Now the refund. It s taking time,,, again customer service hotline doesn't have any information about the refund. Still waiting for the refund. Now it's been 2 weeks! Never again to order in Carrefour ONLINE. If I could spread this to anyone so that they wont be a victim too..

Is very simple: inside the shop is one price( discounted or not) and when you pay, the price is bigger! Is so simple! For confirmation, I can offer pictures! The lady from the shop. Told me, without any problem: "It happens!" This is the attitude of the employees of Carrefour!

The supermarket is good enough but my biggest issue is the security guys at the cashiers who are terrible and have so backwards instructions from Carrefur management. I get they have to do their job but they need to be discreet and not on top of customers really watching you. They bother people too much and they are wrong, being sooo worried people might steel something. It's annoying and almost offensive. Carrefur management should approach security of the store in different way to not bother customers. They can learn from so many other stores national and international.
So i brought a blender and after 6 days i decided to give it back as i didn't want it anymore. Still brand new in the box (not open).
I went to customer service to ask if i could get a voucher and i will come back another day to purchase something else.
I went after 3 weeks deciding i use the voucher. I was then told voucher was valid only 1 day. Wow 1 day and no one told me. What is a credit voucher, its the same as money i thought in my head. But unfortunately it is not. Voucher valid only 1 day. 150 gone down the drain
Timings of opening on Sundays not mentioned anywhere. Old timing 10am to 10 pm written. Number of times visited on Sunday found store closed. Amended time is 2pm on Sundays. Reflects poorly.

Items of cosmetic at My Li too exorbitant. Found same items T Rahat, Al Fateh much cheaper like shaving lotions and foam.

I place my order the day before and I get a notification that my order will be delivered between 11:00am and 6:00pm. Now is 9:00pm and nothing happens and if you try to call customer service no one answers. Please learn from breadfast how the service should be
Atención cliente will not take you serious when there is a report of delay in delivery, you can wait for one month for all they care, they don't even care about your molestation. Even to return my money since they failed to deliver my good on time is a big problema. Right now don't even know when getting my money back. So frustrating and annoying!
If Is there was zero rating i would give them misery nasty service. I ordered express and the delivery guy didnt want to come to my place and half of my order was cancelled! (as there trash delivery service divid ur orders into many packages) i called hundred of times till they answered me. Carrefour the worst shopping application ever we ordered a fridge through the application and it suppose to arrive on Thursday 15/06 and today it is 17/06 and till now i dont know where is my fridge or the order and i will call the UAE customer Satisfaction if there is no delivery by tomorrow and no one even called, worst call centre ever they kept on saying we will send you emails and no one ever called moreover the hold time is over 15 mins every time i am calling them and the agents even dont wont to help they simply dont do anything they are like robots i definitely dont advice to shop from carrefour simply they event dont have rating on their application and their face to face or call centre customer care are supper bad.
I should rate it a zero. Rude customer service, telephone line is impossible to reach for hours, dirty stores; deliveries are late FOR DAYS without explanation and apologies; wrong deliveries are common; rotten veggies and fruits are delivered often etc.
So bad that Bawabat Mall have a Carrefour store in there, UAE have many other supermarket to offer, with warm and kindly service.
After a very disappointing experience with securitystaff and a much worst experience with the supervisor who is not able to resolve a simple problem. We understood that they don't have ethics and work culture training's at all in Carrefour. They allow themselves to rise their voice to customers and laugh at them if they complain.
Call Center is not able to resolve nothing, they just close the case after 24 hours if they don't like it. We never receive an apologize for their rude and unrespectful way to approach people.
I live in UAE and I expect staff to speak my language, but the casheir and the customer service dont speak arabic nor proper english, and they are rude in talking to the ppl. Dont you train your staff before you hire them?

Friday 27th September, I ordered to be delivered on Saturday morning, The order was late, I had to call4 times and submit a complain. At last I got the order at 9pm with a missing item. I called again to complain, nothing I didn't get my money or my item (croissant 60 eg)
Friday 3rd of November, I ordered and paid online. Saturday at noon, I opened the order in front of the delivery man, 3 items were missing! So I called the customer service, I wanted to talk with any manager...nothing. At 7pm, I got a phone call from one of the managers, I told him that I need my order complet. He promised to do it.
TILL NOW I DIDN'T GET ANYTHING:
1.the refund of the 1st croissant 60 egyptian pounds.
2. THE ORDER OR THE MONEY OF THE ORDER 1140 egyptian pounds.
