Purchased 4 sunbeds that arrived a week late! Carrefour don't respond to my messages and hang up the phone when I call. The courier phone number and tracking system doesn't work. The sunbeds finally arrived one was badly broken and scratched, all are defective, they don't lock in so you can't sit up nor recline. They responded to PayPal by saying that I have to return them to a warehouse 500km away. This is not where they were delivered from. This will cost 165€ the cost of the sunbeds was 163€ AVOID!

How Carrefour Colentina steal from you!
Is very simple: inside the shop is one price( discounted or not) and when you pay, the price is bigger! Is so simple! For confirmation, I can offer pictures! The lady from the shop. Told me, without any problem: "It happens!" This is the attitude of the employees of Carrefour!
Take care, because at this Carrefour I had another bad experiences! Is a kind of shop you don't want to enter!

Quand il y a des choses de valeur, il faudrait prendre des vignettes pour réduire le prix. Les caissièreont refusé de me le donner. Ils m'ont dit d'aller le mettre en ligne et ils ont écrit sur mon ticket de caisse. Quand je réponds, c'est mon droit de les prendre en ligne ou en cas de cas. Ils me le donnent! Ce n'est pas logique qu'à chaque fois que je discute.
Après ça, j'ai découvert que les choses les plus importantes étaient terminées après seulement une semaine dans toutes les succursales!

The supermarket is good enough but my biggest issue is the security guys at the cashiers who are terrible and have so backwards instructions from Carrefur management. I get they have to do their job but they need to be discreet and not on top of customers really watching you. They bother people too much and they are wrong, being sooo worried people might steel something. It's annoying and almost offensive. Carrefur management should approach security of the store in different way to not bother customers. They can learn from so many other stores national and international.

Compro ha varios anos no Carrefour online, porem, percebi que com o tempo, o site cobra mais caro por produtos que em outros lugares tem precos mais acessiveis. A variedade tmbem deixa a desejar ja que muitos produtos tem poucas opcoes. O prazo de entrega e o pior de todos os quesitos. NAO entregam no prazo e NAO te dao a minima satisfacao. Enquanto isso, todas as minhas compras no mercadolivre.com.br terminam com final super feliz. Carrefour online ja era!

If only I could give 0 but there's no zero option. The worst online shopping experience ever! The worst app ever. Order was not delivered on time. It took a week to have an update on their app. Which made me cancel the order. The worst customer service ever. They don't have any information regarding the orders. No coordination at all. Now the refund. It s taking time,,, again customer service hotline doesn't have any information about the refund. Still waiting for the refund. Now it's been 2 weeks! Never again to order in Carrefour ONLINE. If I could spread this to anyone so that they wont be a victim too..

Atención cliente will not take you serious when there is a report of delay in delivery, you can wait for one month for all they care, they don't even care about your molestation. Even to return my money since they failed to deliver my good on time is a big problema. Right now don't even know when getting my money back. So frustrating and annoying!

So i brought a blender and after 6 days i decided to give it back as i didn't want it anymore. Still brand new in the box (not open).
I went to customer service to ask if i could get a voucher and i will come back another day to purchase something else.
I went after 3 weeks deciding i use the voucher. I was then told voucher was valid only 1 day. Wow 1 day and no one told me. What is a credit voucher, its the same as money i thought in my head. But unfortunately it is not. Voucher valid only 1 day. 150 gone down the drain

If Is there was zero rating i would give them misery nasty service. I ordered express and the delivery guy didnt want to come to my place and half of my order was cancelled! (as there trash delivery service divid ur orders into many packages) i called hundred of times till they answered me. They cancelled my order automatically after i didnt receive half of my order and refund takes then 3 weeks! Shhhitttt service

I place my order the day before and I get a notification that my order will be delivered between 11:00am and 6:00pm. Now is 9:00pm and nothing happens and if you try to call customer service no one answers. Please learn from breadfast how the service should be

The customer service and the delivery system are awful.

Friday 27th September, I ordered to be delivered on Saturday morning, The order was late, I had to call4 times and submit a complain. At last I got the order at 9pm with a missing item. I called again to complain, nothing I didn't get my money or my item (croissant 60 eg)

Friday 3rd of November, I ordered and paid online. Saturday at noon, I opened the order in front of the delivery man, 3 items were missing! So I called the customer service, I wanted to talk with any manager...nothing. At 7pm, I got a phone call from one of the managers, I told him that I need my order complet. He promised to do it.

TILL NOW I DIDN'T GET ANYTHING:
1.the refund of the 1st croissant 60 egyptian pounds.
2. THE ORDER OR THE MONEY OF THE ORDER 1140 egyptian pounds.

I need my order
Carrefour supposed to be a respectful place not a bunch of thieves

Avoid Carrefour Ave de Paris Vincennes. Rude, untrained staff and a Manager on duty on New Year's Eve who is unable to manage effectively.

I love them for the wide selection of items in their stores. The attendants in the pews/shelves are also very friendly making it easier to shop in their stores. Thank you very much

Carrefour the worst shopping application ever we ordered a fridge through the application and it suppose to arrive on Thursday 15/06 and today it is 17/06 and till now i dont know where is my fridge or the order and i will call the UAE customer Satisfaction if there is no delivery by tomorrow and no one even called, worst call centre ever they kept on saying we will send you emails and no one ever called moreover the hold time is over 15 mins every time i am calling them and the agents even dont wont to help they simply dont do anything they are like robots i definitely dont advice to shop from carrefour simply they event dont have rating on their application and their face to face or call centre customer care are supper bad.

So bad that Bawabat Mall have a Carrefour store in there, UAE have many other supermarket to offer, with warm and kindly service.
After a very disappointing experience with securitystaff and a much worst experience with the supervisor who is not able to resolve a simple problem. We understood that they don't have ethics and work culture training's at all in Carrefour. They allow themselves to rise their voice to customers and laugh at them if they complain.
Call Center is not able to resolve nothing, they just close the case after 24 hours if they don't like it. We never receive an apologize for their rude and unrespectful way to approach people.

I should rate it a zero. Rude customer service, telephone line is impossible to reach for hours, dirty stores; deliveries are late FOR DAYS without explanation and apologies; wrong deliveries are common; rotten veggies and fruits are delivered often etc.

Dear Readers,

I purchased a cooker on 04/12/2018 from Carrefour Store in Mall of the Emirates. We precisely asked for a suitable ( gas line) cooker in the area of the Palm Jumeirah as we live in the shorelines. In our apartments, the gas supply is through a central pipeline system and the Sales Associate assured that it will be the as per the requirement of the area of Palm and we will have no problems. However, we had a mind to buy much more expensive Bosch product and Sales Man particularly recommended this DAEWOO model which was much cheaper. We purchased as we thought that they sell genuine product and care about the customers, even more, their safety.
We received the cooker on 06/12/2018 and the Carrefour couldn't install the DAEWOO cooker as the drivers were not qualified to touch the gas line for installation or for disconnecting. Therefore, we called Lootah gas team to come around and install the unit and to disconnect the old cooker. Unfortunately, Lootah gas gave us an appointment on 08/12/2018 at 2.30pm, a day after the delivery. When the Lootah gas visited us they found out the DAEWOO cooker from Carrefour and DANGEROUS to install as they have done modification in the cooker to be suitable to install in the gas line. The Lootah gas installer's findings were
1. Upon conversion - Carrefour has replaced with duplicated and cheap caps in the Average burners, Work burner and in the Small burner.
2. The Burner Gas Diffuser under the caps are replaced and not original parts
3. Wok Burner the injectors are physically broken and see the attached picture.
4. No burner spare parts are included

Since the Lotah Gas team REFUSED to install the DAEWOO cooker recommending it is dangerous due to the modification was done without any standards we are left with no cooker. And now the Carrefour is not willing to find a solution. They passing the issue to Daewoo saying that the Daewoo is responsible for resolving our issue. However, If the Lootah gas refusing to install the cooker for health and safety reasons and if they install it then the burners will melt as the gas infusion will not be equally distributed. Therefore, the Carrefour must resolve the issue to refund the money to the client. I didn't buy the product from Daewoo, I purchased the product in the Carrefour store in MOE and my legal contractual obligations are with Carrefour not with the Daewoo.
We were not informed about any parts replacement and we purchased a BRAND NEW product which supposes to come with originals parts. And this purchase was made upon the recommendation of the salesman in Carrefour. Secondly, it is gross to see that there are parts broken and we were not informed of any of the modifications. The salesman has pushed us to purchase this cheap product as you are receiving more margin. We don't care what you make as far as what you sell is a genuine product and honest customer service.
We are in the process of finding a solution in our own way. Before any of you purchase anything please do your research. Do not rely upon the information given to you by the Sales Associates in the Carrefour.

I live in UAE and I expect staff to speak my language, but the casheir and the customer service dont speak arabic nor proper english, and they are rude in talking to the ppl. Dont you train your staff before you hire them?
I am talking about abu dhabi branch in marin mall and ari port st branch

Timings of opening on Sundays not mentioned anywhere. Old timing 10am to 10 pm written. Number of times visited on Sunday found store closed. Amended time is 2pm on Sundays. Reflects poorly.

Items of cosmetic at My Li too exorbitant. Found same items T Rahat, Al Fateh much cheaper like shaving lotions and foam.
Layout totally congested.

Senior Citizens and disabled counter being used by all and sundry.
