when you go to Er and find a careless receptionist and nurse, you feel that if you complain at least the admin will care, but no body cared for the patient nor the complains

I live in UAE and I expect staff to speak my language, but the casheir and the customer service dont speak arabic nor proper english, and they are rude in talking to the ppl. dont you train your staff before you hire them??
I am talking about abu dhabi branch in marin mall and ari port st branch

I was loyal for Lancome, but wen I went to buy the last Eyeliner, I forgot about lancome, the bottle is almost empty and I just used it 2 times.
how will i trust lancome again in the future.

I went to many starbucks in Abu dhabi, but something bad with the flavor tea and milk, it tastes so bad so I stop going there and tried to report it to the region manager, but he was careless and didnt bother to do anything
