Sonia was professional and courteous during my purchase of custom made floor mats for my corvette. She was very helpful in making my decision on what color and logo that would look nice in my corvette. Sonia was very easy to talk to during this whole process. Sonia definitely needs to be commended on a job well done.
I ordered a part tha t did not ship when promised. I cancelled the order and two days later they charged me and shipped the part. The part was damaged because the vendor BENT the part to fit it into a smaller box. I had to contact the BBB to get my refund because CarId said it would take at least 120 days! Do not buy from them! Customer service is rude and will not work woth you at all to resolve issues!

I bought a bumper for my car from Carid after receiving confirmation that it was the exact fit for my car from the sales person i was dealing with. The bumper i received didnt even come close to matching my cars! After calling Carid, the first thing the guy on the phone asked was whether i signed for it! I guess he wanted to pin the return shipping charges on me. That should have been the least of his concerns! Fortunately, i had elected to pick up the package myself from Fedex and had time to take pictures of the part and promptly rejected it.
In conclusion, please do not ignore all these reviews, I have, through the hard way confirmed their reliability. Take your business elsewhere.

I wish I could say I had a good experience with CARiD. I purchased a radiator for my car. It took 7 days to arrive and when it finally arrived I installed it and it leaked very bad. I had to order another radiator from Amazon since I was without a vehicle and received it within 2 days, installed it, and was up and running.
After contacting CARiD by phone since the website has no provisions to receive a refund for a defective part... only replacement. I was on hold for 15 minutes... then was told I had to take pictures of the defect that they have to send to the manufacturer for review. Also I had to pay for return shipping. This is a radiator that leaks, what will a picture tell. Well, they got what they wanted. I politely hung up and chalked it up to a loss.
Hope you all have a better experience, but some of the product appear to be poorly made with little quality control in my opinion.

I screwed up when ordering my seat covers and clicked on a different style material than what I really wanted and didn't realize until the next morning. I called customer service and he went above and beyond to make sure my order was changed and that I wasn't double charged. Great job!
Absolutely terrible website. Should've learned my lesson when they shipped my older brother a pair of broken cheap Canadian tire brand headlight bulbs when he paid for more expensive bulbs and was insanely mislead. They took 42 days to arrive to his house. I ordered a 3rd brake light for my truck, a simple little piece of plastic. It's has already been over a month since I've ordered, trying to get through to someone to see where the hell my package is and all I keep getting is "we are looking into it" and "please allow 24-48 hours for a reply" and that has been two weeks now. 24-48 hours to them must mean DAYS not hours. Sick of it. Demanded a full refund and haven't gotten a reply.

ApologeticI initially called to place an order. I was given the run around about the shipping date. It took longer than I needed to get the part. I called to cancel the order. The next day I received an email that the order cancellation has been processed and I will be receiving a refund shortly. Two days later I get an email that the order has shipped. When I called back, I was told that they will refund me the cost of the item minus the shipping cost. I complained to the customer service supervisor who was not very apologetic.
I had an issue with an order, so when I called to speak to a representative about my issue, she was fast, courteous, understood my problem, gave me a quick resolution and took care of all my issue without hesistation! I've been buying stuff from this Carid for years and the more I purchased from them, hoping they'll get better is the more they suck. They sent me the wrong headlights for my Cadillac EXT, wrong bulbs. After spending 45 minutes on the with them explaining I wanted to buy new rotors and brake but beg not to sell me pads that are dusty, I was told that what I'll be getting was nothing but the best.Man, did they lied to me. The brake pads are so freaking dusty and squeaks nonstop. Took my truck back to the mechanic, watched him removed and checked the pads, nothing but dust. Had to pay him again. Called up Carid and was told to take the wheels off and take pictures and send to them to troubleshoot. Now I have to pay agai. SMH. How the hell does a picture troubleshoot a squeaky sound? I have (3) vehicles and 90% of my after market products came from carid. I have ordered dash covers, sun screens, mirror covers, chrome siding, splash guards, mud flaps, floor mats, you name it i bought it from carid.if i had anymore places to put stuff i would order from carid. When i called to clarify an item they took my order right over the phone and gave me 10% discount right then and there.
I order a set of rims, wheel and locks it took them 3 weeks to ship to me and another week for me to receive them on top of that they came back all dirty.one of the wheels have a slow leak. Charge me for locks I never receive and now they said that I don't need them so why charge me for the locks.it's has been a nightmare with this company. I will not recommend them to no one - 0stars
