Picking and ordering lights Cain was very helpful. Shipping was in good timing. Lights were better looking than I expected. Installation was easy. HOWEVER all the lights worked perfectly fine except for the BREAKLIGHTS.

I ordered two items, but they were delivered to the wrong address. Part of the fault was mine for not confirming the shipping and billing addresses matched. I called to fix it and was told the address was corrected. On a third call, I asked about a tracking number, only to find the address was never updated. Weeks later, I was informed the items were out of stock—even though they should've been returned from the incorrect delivery. It seems the returned items were given to someone else.

This is my 3rd set of coverking neosupreme covers. I have been well pleased with every set. With this set for my 2025 chevy silverado, my only criticism is with the center covers for the fold up center seat/console specifically the cover for the openable lid on the seat back. The slip in fasteners are extremely difficult to get in and there is no clearance to use the provided tool. Overall i am really happy with the covers.

Well, I ordered the Black Horse Peerless Black Running Boards for my 2025 Ford Explorer, but CardiD sent me Black Horse Premium with Chrome edge. I emailed their customer support the photos of the wrong running boards, and they sent the correct pair out within a few days. The problem with a 2025 Explorer ST-Line is that there is a road sound deadening material riveted under the whole vehicle. I had to take it to my local Ford dealership to install the new running boards, because there was no way I could install them myself without damaging the sound deadening system. Oh well, that only cost $400.00 to install them, but they look great. CardiD then told me that I could keep the set that they wrongly sent me, because it was too expensive to send back and restock them. Therefore, I made a deal with the Dealership that if anyone with an Explorer wants them they can have them as long as the Dealership lets them know that they came from CardiD; they accepted. Win Win for everyone. CardiD is great to do business with; when there is a problem CardiD takes responsibility.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions. Anyway, the mufflers are on their way back to the manufacturer. We will issue a full refund to your account upon receipt.
