This is our 2nd Mustang purchase and We could not be happier with the service we have received from Sergio Fabian from Bill Currie Ford. We got an excellent deal and walked away for the 2nd time with a gorgeous Mustang. We certainly recommend Sergio Fabian from Bill Currie Ford and will definitely be back for a 3rd vehicle. Also, would like to thank Jason from Finance, very pleasant as well. We have made Bill Currie Ford our go to home for our Mustangs!

Car dealers never get in touch when you send email via car guru complete waste of time and effort I tried and sent over 6 emails through car guru not one reply from garages wanting to do business

Spoke to Steve smith at Dace Stockport
Went through what extras on car a week ago. Paid the £100 deposit. Gave up work got the day and business partner took me from Leicester to Stockport. Left st 6.30 there for 9.15.
Car came out with scratches on body and deep scratch in door. Asked about any marks etc and was all good apparently. Checked car over and it smoked like a pig even warmed up and smelled of oil.! Full Serv history was not full Serv history!
Convinced me to test drive. Realised then that cruise control not on car as advert and told on phone. Turned back immediately to complain. Wasted our time completely also turned down a job to do this. Explained my disgust and that we'd lost prob £500 in lost earnings and a new customer. Manager gave me fuel for journey and deposit back and thought it was enough. Totally disgusted. Did bare minimum for their schoolboy error, or was it?@@@@@@

Cargurus is a parasite site that feeds off other paid sites so stream (RSS) then try to extort money from the dealers by bombarding them with fake leads. Dealers don't even know their ads are being stolen and abused. No "buyer" from cargurus EVER responds which is how you know for sure that they're fake because anyone interested enough to reach out, always replies with at least a "thank you". They have bots that generate auto names and usually the reply is "please send carfax" because of course they sell carfax reports. The fake names are ridiculous like Joseph Abdallah (see attached) and Mary Mohammed (Christian and Muslim together) or Tom Barahanakulanakruga.? In any case, they send a few leads then start calling for your $1000 a month because they claim to be worth it due to the great leads you're getting LOL. For buyers, find out where the car is being sold and contact them directly because Cargurus will never allow you contact with the dealer without them getting a cut. Parasites. Shop on Kijiji or in person. Even Facebook is creating fake profiles now to send fake leads to dealers. Dealers are getting ripped off by most advertisers. We don't mind paying for honest business. Whoever runs this site are complete dirtbags.

Tampa Toyota stated the price on car gurus is wrong and now I have 2 high pressure sales people spamming me. $6000 discrepancy on pricing.

Car Guru gave me an offer 2000$ OVER everyone else. The process was easy. I received the money in my bank acct the next day. Will be doing business with them again

BE CAREFUL DEALERS, THIS COMPANY RAISES THERE RATE TO DEALERS EVERY YEAR, THEY DOUBLE THE RATE AND THEN SAY WE WILL WORK WITH YOU.
I SIGNED UP W THEM WHEN THEY WERE UNKNOWN, AND DEALERS LIKE MYSELF THAT PRICE OUR INVENTORY BELOW VALUE GETS THEM MORE CLICKS ON THERE WEBPAGE DUE TO MY LOW PRICES. ECT... EVERYONE NEEDS TO MAKE MONEY BUT THIS COMPANY HAS NO LOYALTY TO THERE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE THE DEALERS. BAD CUST SERVICE NO WAY TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR OF YOUR REP. HAVE TO EMAIL. WHAT A JOKE. THERE ARE LOTS OF OTHER ADVERTISING CO (CARS.COM, AUTO TRADER, GOOGLE ECT THAT WE HAVE DONE VERY WELL WITH AND BETTER THAN CARGURUS.)

I honestly like Cargurus, for the fact I'm 3for3 ion this site. Bought 2 great cars on here & sold an EXTREMELY GREAT one being of my deceased mom. I had it 8 years & she would've had bout 2 if NOT 3 new Lacs with the time I kept it. I'm HUGE ON REVIEWS & I can understand why ppl have their own views of things cause I'm sometimes that person! #RS Although they do have some weirdos to weave out But in retrospect I have got to give it UP to them! This website's review feature cannot be trusted. I found several cars over the years that I have wanted to buy through using them. The first time I decided to make a review of my experience I was denied the ability to do so. Apparently if a customer does not go through cargurus website to contact the seller the customer has not right to place a review. This is insane. Who submits a request to be contacted like this? I have a job. I cannot answer the phone whenever some car salesman happens to check his email and gets around to it. I call directly because if I did not, I would never talk to anyone. How do I know this? I tried it when these features first appeared on these types of websites. I do not know anybody who actually does this, and I think I know why. If a customer cannot place an honest review on a dealership then the review feature is not trustworthy. When I tried to contact cargurus about this issue I was unable to get in touch with anyone through the contact us portal either. To me cargurus = scam site

The service from CarGurus is fantastic. They point out cars that you have selected to fit your particular interest. They keep you updated and informed where they are and pretty much a lot of detail.

The major problem with their service and other services similar to Car Gurus, is the dealers leave cars that have been sold on their own personal dealership website and CarGurus for long after the car has been sold. In some cases, I wonder if the car really existed to begin with. This happened with not just one car. I was interested in 3 different cars. I contacted the dealership through CarGurus and only one dealership set me up to come in and see the car. As I was getting ready to leave, they called to say the car was no longer available. The car is still on their personal website and CarGurus, four days later. Almost the same issue with two other dealers. They won't return calls. They won't let you know if the car is sold and if they do respond to you, they'll want you to come in and look at something different.

Dealer transparency? I don't think so... I think it's a game and a big cloud of suspicion on how cars get advertised and subsequently sold. A good concept and good service. I think the dealers ruin it for CarGurus and the customers.

Started by entering VIN and sale price - website stated "FAIR PRICE". So, I went ahead and listed. However, when I published my ad, the site stated "HIGH PRICE" even though I used same VIN, same sale price and same options. Interesting that the other listings (dealer listings with higher mileage and higher prices) are listed at "FAIR PRICE". No response from my inquiries on the bait-n-switch. Can't find a customer service number or anyone to help with this issue. Don't waste your time.

Conway Imports in Streamwood, IL is the best dealer EVER! This is my second time around with them, and the experience was even better. Their personnel is professional, they take good care of their cars, they're always clean, and well kept. Mauro and Tomas were very helpful and knowledgeable with my purchase. I did my test drive with Mauro, such a cool dude. Tomas worked with me on the sales end. He was fast and quick with my application. Sebastian is the best F&I guy in the business. He did me a solid. Great store, positive energy, beautiful cars to choose from and they work with their customers personally. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONWAY IMPORTS FOR YOUR NEXT CAR PURCHASE.
