Car gurus offers protections for dealers in removing negative reviews. That is why you won't see them on their site.
Last Wednesday I purchased a 2011 Mercedes-Benz E-550! This was the most pleasant car buying experience in all of my 50 years of life! Robbie Abbas and Jimmy Alomia were wonderfully helpful during the selection process of the perfect vehicle for me! They were great during the financing experience and ultimately through the delivery process! I would highly recommend Luxury Auto Selection located at 4580 N. Elston Avenue in Chicago!
SCAM ALERT! I am a dealer in California and I have never dealt with such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and LIES than Cargurus. THEY PRMISE YOU ONE THING TO SIGN U UP AND THEN THEY do not honor their promises... They are FAKE AND THEY ARE LIARS... SCAM ALERT - SCAM ALERT - SCAM ALERT

RipOff! Terrible customer service, flawed vehicle rating programming! Stay away and use Autotrader or Cars.com
Terrible customer service, flawed vehicle rating programming, content team lacking any basic skills, accuse you of falsifying reviews when a customer leaves a review, etc, etc.
Just stay away and use any other vendor! This dealership CANNOT recommend ever!
Pat Cambria sold me a car and I got a great deal and even better service I love my car this place is an honest lot with great people
Wonderful service, very happy with my car, Joel Marin was a very profesional made car buying a great experience, help make the right choice, Abel Barraza great manager help me with my financing decisions, very happy with service n my new car.
As a big company for advertising cars, they have very bad service to the point that they don't deserve even one star. I hate dealing with them and call them so I'm canceling my service with them.
Thank you Auto Max! The first time Ive ever had a good experience buying a car! This dealership is amazing... NO pressure buying, helpful, friendly sales team! I highly recommend Clarence Smith in sales, he was very patient and knowledgeable. Dan in finance was very personable and went above and beyond to help us. All around good guys with a moral compass...
Posted a Maserati had 17 inquires gave phone number to all of them not
One call! They all were trying to get my email to get on the black list.
Very poor site to sell car.
Couldn't say enough about the experience here buying a used vehicle. Ryan was my sales person and Cecil made it all happen for me. The sales people don't work on a commission so the whole thing was about what I wanted and it went so smoothly. Highly recommend Auto Max of Ocala.
My daughter was looking for an affordable, nicely equipped Ford Explorer. She found exactly what she was looking for online@ City of Cars in Troy, MI. We live an hour and a half drive north of Troy, the drive was the worst part of the experience. Our sales rep Buzz made us feel comfortable like we were family, no high pressure sales tactics here! How often do you contact a used car salesman to thank them after the purchase? Almost never, over the past 30 days, a minimum of a half dozen times.
I searched Car Gurus for several weeks and finally settled on a listing for a 2015 Prius 5 with 7K+ miles. I contacted the dealer (Duells Evansville Kia Mazda) through Car Gurus and drove 140 miles to see it. I was given a rush test drive in an unfamiliar car in unfamiliar surroundings in traffic. After getting the car home I discovered it was not a prius 5 as listed and did not have the features I wanted. I notified the dealer and within a couple hours the listing was changed to reflect the car I purchased. Duells Evansville Kia Mazda claims they have nothing to do with the listings on Car Gurus. I think Car Gurus is aiding and abetting crooked dealers such as Duells Evansville Kia Mazda.
Great site for car shopping. There is a menu where you can send an email to the dealer. Many choices and comparisons. Really gives good insight to a good car for a good price.
Easy to use. No registration required.
Hola de verdad de quiero dar las gracia al dealer y al vendedor aldo rodriguez por la bien que me trataron estoy muy content con el BMW les compre
This site is easy to navigate and they have a multitude of used cars. The only real issue I have is this, the car dealerships featured on the site are not responsive. I've sent numerous inquires about cars I'm interested in, but not a single dealership has responded. I don't know if the blame lies with the site or with the dealerships.
Answer: Everyone I contacted wanted me to purchase in full price
