Poor service
November 25, 2022

I wasn't able to find a nanny, out of the many messages I sent. Communication from the caregivers is seriously lacking. Out of the many many messages I sent only 4 people actually replied to my message. Even if the position didn't meet their needs, the courteous thing to to is send a message back declining. Then to top it all off you can't remove your credit card information without talking to someone first and they just keep charging you and refuse to refund you.

I wish I could view applicants without having to pay for a subscription. The free period would be helpful until you hire someone one time. It's really frustrating having to subscribe especially if you aren't 100% sure if this is what you want.

I think it is pretty lousy that the first two screens AFTER i paid for a so-called 'premium' membership were to hit me up for MORE money and added options... what is the point of Premium membership if it doesn't include all the options... this is some kind of budget airline style tactic - sell you a plane ticket then tac on fees for options.
