Grateful for your service but challenged by the web site. I'm trying to post multiple roles (we have night and day shifts) and it's been hard to do that, find instructions, understand the various payment plans, etc. Also I had to input my details several times as it said it could not upload and to try again. Hope this is helpful! :)

After we started to get responses, we were made aware that we need to pay to even talk to the nanny.
At least have 1 nanny interaction accessible without pay for the first time to know how the system is worth the cost.
Forced to pay now.

We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

Poor customer service
November 21, 2022

Truly awful customer service experience. We cancelled because two of our children were sick until she showed up at our house. We were billed for the sitter to watch 4 children but only had 2 in our house. We called the customer service number and were told they wouldn't help us. Not sure why we would have to pay when we cancelled, or for having to pay for more children than were present. The representative decided it was better to argue with us than help us. Very greedy company!

Don't like the upsells I was prompted to add on to my cart so to speak. If I didn't notice it I would have been charged a bunch more money. Get me in the door first and then offer me upgrades.

Log in to your Care.com account.
From the Me drop-down menu at the top of the page (or Care.com hamburger menu drop down for smaller windows), click Settings & Privacy. You can also click here to go directly to your settings.
Under the Membership Information section, click Manage Plan.
Select the Basic option and click Submit.

I placed an accurate ad and then was routed through a series of screens to essentially force an upgrade of services. I selected the basic service and still cannot see who replied to my post. Poor business on your part.
