I just can't stand that it's so expensive to even be able to connect with anyone or anything.

Unreliable and Fraudulent
November 26, 2022

3 sitters in a row called in last minute. I decided to take my kids to day care. I did not select a sitter for a position they auto selected the sitter. Sent her my personal information and paid her without my final approval. Now I am at the sitters mercy to refund my money. As soon as my money is refunded I am canceling my account.

Just give an upfront price instead of all of these upsells. It's deceptive. Says that sitters/nannies are already vetted. But that's not true.

Site is difficult to use, unable to verify email because site tells me to wait "months" and unable to upload picture because picture not within guidelines and when I try to change says to try again after some time.

Immediately after signing up for premium I received a slew of phishing texts. Tried to opt out of sale of my information and was met with links in the privacy policy that lead no were and an account update link that gives back a blank screen. Buyer definitely beware.

I signed up on iphone 13 and was charged $84.78 WITH NO NOTIFICATION, I agreed to monthly $29.99 and saw no other fees. I am a lawyer, such things need to be prominently displayed.

Afterwards I get multiple errors trying to post and the errors do not make any logical sense.
