Hi Jeffrey, We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

We wanted to upgrade with background check it was an awful experience. We wanted to spend more money, with our membership. But you would not credit me my initial payment and then charge me more. I didn't want refund, just to upgrade my account.

The website is fairly overwhelming - Re: Adding a photo to the profile - There weren't instruction as to whose picture should be posted. I'm posting this profile for my mom - should I post her picture or mine (her son) as I'll be the initial contact?

Re: Additional Background checks?
Not sure why I need to pay additional funds for another background check if you've already had applicants screened?

After I signed up for quarterly subscription, the next page did not make it clear that you were selling me something else as an add on. I thought I was just confirming my care.com subscription and instead added background checks which I do not need. Felt sneaky for a service that is not refundable.
