The continous pestering to upgrade for this feature or that feature is bothersome. Especially after having just spent nearly $200. There could have been a better time or presentation for the options to upgrade. With the popup listing all options, vs several pages of upgrade options before being able to access the site.

I would leave a ZERO star review if possible. Do Not create an account on care.com, they will charge you $155 without notifing you and offer $0 refund. There is also no 1800 number which should've been a red flag. The only way to contact the members are through online chat and email. This website and service is a scam. The sitters I found on this website were less than hiring quality.

It appears that the only way to interact with applicants is to pay the exorbitant amount for premium service. All I want is a driver, period. Twice I filled in the application, using 10/25 as my Visa expiration, as appears on the card, but evidently that prevented it from going through. I couldn't resolve the problem because I kept clicking the "Contact" button with no result. I found a phone number online, hoping to contact a human being, but all I got was a robot who instructed me to use the "Contact" button.
