I'm not pleased with the initial sign up process and the fact that my "let's get started" info was posted before I was aware of what was happening. I'd prefer time to think about the post and be given the option to approve or save it for later. Instead I have a barrage of "applicants" in my in box before I underatnd how to best use the site. It appears you're targeted to business rather than inexperienced individuals.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO

I willingly paid for a three month subscription to give this a try. Nowhere when I entered my payment info did it say it would auto bill me again and again. I have now been billed an extra $194 for something I did not authorize.
I have file a credit card dispute and am considering reporting them to the better business bureau! I have no problem with the original fee I agreed to - but the two since then are illegal!

The most aggravating site I have ever tried to navagate. I came up with a screen to choose my plan and found this would cost over $150.00 a year. Every time I tried to message a prospective hire I came to the same screen. How many time do I have to select my plan, or do I have to select a plan. I finally was able to message 1 individual (I think), but have been unable to reach out to anyone else. How do I cancel his mess?

There is no way to get customer support. I've tried to update my account information but 1) I was unable to do so on the website 2) the online chat function didn't respond for over 10 mins 3) the email I received welcoming me to the premium program did not have have a contact number, as the website suggests, and the email address did not accept replies. Very frustrating.

I paid for access to the list of care providers and there was an add on to reach more caregivers. Maybe not needed. Not enough information. I think people coming from Bellevue and Papillion is sufficient. Do I still need the add on?
Seeing a list right away was nice. Everyone sounds good, but you know, there can be problems. I don't want to pay for criminal background check. I am uneasy about what happens next. Phone meeting? Maybe invite to the house?
