Your pricing is ridiculous, hate that it is auto renal, you better believe I have it on my calendars already to cancel before the month is up. Also, the crap you have to wade through after putting in credit card information is beyond annoying, if I get charged for anything other than one month of care.com, you better believe I will be pissed. Get rid of all that, it makes you look like a scam.

There really shouldn't be a 'free' version. The 'free' version doesn't offer any substance and understanding that isn't as clear as it should be. There should simply be a free trial period of perhaps a week with limited functionality, but an overall and transparent knowledge that Care.com is a paid service.

Problem in care.com cancelling my account and charged me for one year and no one called to help fix it and the charge on Apple should not have been done. I still done know if it has been taken off.
