We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

I keep trying to send a message to find a sitter and h website tells me over and over that "profanity and personally identifiable I formation is against the terms of service". There is nothing personally identifiable or profane about my message. The website is non functional….at least on my phone.

I just signed up and there are too many popup messages. For example, when I clicked to message a caregiver, instead of opening up a message screen, I was prompted instead to complete my profile. When I closed that window, I was redirected to the home page with another pop up prompting me to rate the service. The user design is frustrating and disturbs train of thought.
