I have had nothing but headaches from care.com. I am locked out of TWO different accounts. It won't accept my password and the link to reset is NEVER received by me. In order to cancel a recurring charge last year I had to contact my credit card company. I dislike the way this company does business, but it's the only game in town.

I just want the info on the person I'm considering you sent me as a follow up email. I paid your your yearly rate, not I'm on a page that doesn't even link to her but I had to skip several option to pay even more money without any actual interaction with your site.
