No return e-mails for 2 weeks after I sent 2 of them asking for a refund in the 5 day time range per their refund policy. I never was able to get verification that I set up an account, but you best be sure that they took my $ in a New York minute. I cannot even verify that the software was correctly loaded onto the telephone regardless of following all of the directions. Still attempting to even get some communication from these people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE!
