It took a week for me to be able to upgrade my account so that I can contact potential nannies. Emails and messages to support went unanswered. Most of the nannies in my area haven't logged into the site in months and months and those who have have very little experience.

It's hard to give a better rating when you have to pay before you see if your job post successfully gets anyone's attention, and right after giving you the credit card info you ask for more money that includes criminal background checks - which should already be part of the subscription.

No customer service

If this was possible I would give care.com 0 stars. I have sent them 4 emails and no one is responding, their customer support service is beyond poor. I contacted the company on all Social media platforms but I am still sitting with an unresolved issue. The fact that they created an online company and only provided one form of communication (email) and choose to pay NO attention to is sickening. This company is quick to deduct service fees but never available to provide the actual service!

The app is having issues

The app is having issues. I paid for a premium membership but it's still asking for me to subscribe to it when I try to message candidates! Also I've tried to update my phone number into the app several times and it doesn't work, after the verification questions. Then something pops up to tell me my upgrade isn't done because there is no primary phone number. Please help me fix so I can utilize!

It's really sad to see such a big name in babysitting get one over on the small people. I've made several accounts to have all of of them closed on me without warning and the last straw was when I purchased a membership thinking that's what they wanted money only for them to take my money and close my account without verification of who I was. I'm just a parent trying to find a sitter. Just a waste a time and a headache.
