Ran out of messages to send shortly after signing up. There was no warning or mention of a limit and now I can't reply to those who responded. I get that you don't want people to spam messages, but like 99% of my messaging is going to happen immediately after I sign up.

Not worth it

I have tried care.com several times and shame on me. There are a number of applicants but finding the ones who really want to work is another thing. The applicants do not deactivate their account if they are not looking so you waste your time with so many that do not respond. Many are looking for more money then they should be for the job. Many do not show are have the decency to cancel appts. It is a joke bc of the applicants but the company is charging more then it's worth. You also do not get your money back and there is no contact info for the company. If you use... use with caution. Most of it is a waste of time and not good applicants.

I haven't even gotten to the point of being able to search for care providers yet, and your site tried to upcharge me on NINE (9!) different additional services. If I wasn't desperate I would avoid this at all costs.

Have used them on and off over the years to find sitters. As other's have mentioned the site is not the easiest to use. If you use the desktop version and want to see older chat histories, you cannot. You have to use the app on your phone to see those.

Also cannot stand that I keep getting some emails from them I cannot turn off.

My biggest coplaint at this time is I paid for unlimited background checks, requested one on Jan 4 and I am still waiting. (It is currently Feb 15) They keep telling me they are "working" on it. I just got an email asking how my service was. I never heard from them. I have sent over 6 emails and had 3 chat sessions with them and still nothing. No updates at all. Just trying to get my money back for this service at this time, since it was useless.
