Your app keeps putting me back at the sign in. That's annoying. Also the same clients or maybe it just goes back to the top instead of where you left off. It's just not user friendly.

I do not appreciate having to sign up for premium in order to view applicants for a job I posted. I understand not being able to respond, but at least let me see if anybody is worth responding to before making me spend $40 on something I would only use once. I have also been a caregiver on Care for about 8 years now and remember when premium was only $20 for prospective parents and even less for caregivers! Raising the prices is ridiculous when you guys obviously have a surplus of parents and caregivers on this site trying to find prospective employers/employees. The least you could do is relax on the price gouging.

I kept on receiving 'hyperlink text invalid' with no specification of what was being misread. I spent over 30 minutes and multiple revisions before discovering the cause was using or in angle brackets, like so .
